We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Rimmel Scandaleyes eyeliner in bronze is the most beautiful brown eyeliner that I have. And I have a lot including all the UD ones. I ordered both those sleek palettes plus the storm one after seeing your review and colors like the ones in the sunset palette are just my favorite. The redone jane cosmetics eyeshadow singles are great and really pigmented and the Sonia kashuk jewel toned limited edition palette is beautiful

My favorite budget friendly eyeshadows are Wet N Wild’s “Silent Treatment” 3-pan and the single shadow ” Nutty”. I’d really love it if they would bring back the 6-pan “Vanity”. The shadows they have been putting out lately are hit or miss, but I do like the recent 6-pan “Sparkle ‘Til Morning”. I haven’t been able to find a cheap eyeliner that performs as well as the Urban Decay 24/7 ones do.

I know. I can’t understand why the 3-pans are still great, but almost every new eyeshadow palette they make sucks. They probably don’t care because sales are up from all of us who know how great they have been in the past. I keep trying them because they are so affordable, but I’m tired of being disappointed.

Budget friendly shadows would have to include Inglot except that they are so hard to get hold of in Canada! But the prices are certainly budget friendly. Also the Sephora Contour eye pencils (the skinny ones), especially in the colours Diving in Malaysia and Surfer Babe, as well as their Jumbo Shadow Pencils (Taupe and Dark Taupe Glitter). I also really like the most recent L’Oreal Infallible in Tender Caramel.

Milani Perfect Purple and Graphite eyeliners.

LA Girl Glide Pencils in Deep Bronze, Dark Brown and Gypsy Blue.

NYX Love In Rio e/s trio in Segredos de Giselle.

And I don’t know if it counts, but the Milani eyeshadow primer is AWESOME!

It took me a while to get on board, but I finally hopped on the Color Tattoo train! With the exception of Barely Branded & Tough As Taupe, I’ve only tried some of the LE ones, but as soon as I get a chance to get to BB&B, I plan to pick up a few more (between the fact they are under $5 there, and I have coupons, I can’t justify buying anywhere else, LOL!).

I’ve also renewed my love for L’Oréal single eyeshadows, which have been consistently good for me. While the quads can be hot & miss, I find the singles to be smooth & pigmented.

Oh, and NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils! Again, I’m late to the game, but I’m so happy I tried them. They’re great as a base, or by themselves. I picked up the set of 6, which included Milk & Black Bean, with a 20% discount & ULTA points, so it was nearly free, but I’m going to definitely repurchase, even at full price!

Once again… your posts are reminding me why I need to get some Fyrinnae in my life! They have such gorgeous colours, and glitter…oh my… 😀

My favourite budget eyeshadows this year would have to be the two little Maybelline palettes I picked up while I was looking for a true white silver eyeshadow. I think they’re called ‘Hyper Diamonds’ palettes, and I have the black/grey/silver one and the blue/silver one! (the names are like ‘GY-1’ or something similarly nondescript)

I buy so much UD, I try not to go wild with other eyeshadow, because I don’t wear it often, but there are a couple of things I picked up this past year that have put into regular rotation. The first is the Seashore Frosts Maybelline Color Tattoo, though the reviews for it were all over the place, and most called it mediocre, it’s so unique that I will wear it just on its own as a lid color. I don’t have any creasing/fading issues as long as I wear it over UDPP just like any other (regular) shadow I wear. The second is one of the spring WnW 8-pans, Going in the Wild. I really like the purples. There have been so many mediocre or worse LE WnW shadows out since those 8-pans came out, I had to go double check that it had really come out in 2013. D:

Oh gosh, I think I love everything on this list. I will say I’ve wanted Milani Perfect Purple ever since it was reviewed and I STILL don’t have it! I can never find it in store, even though there’s a Walgreens that sells a ton of Milani eyeliners on my drive home!
