Urban Decay Get Baked for Summer!

Urban Decay Get Baked Eye Kit ($28.00) includes Baked, Half Baked, Twice Baked, and Flipside eyeshadows, along with a travel-sized 24/7 Eye Pencil in Bourbon. It also comes with a mini Sin primer potion.
Baked is a stunning shade of ultra pigmented, deep bronze. Half Baked is a softer, more golden-toned bronze shimmer shade. Twice Baked is a dark, chocolatey brown with subtle gold shimmer. Flipside is a bluish-teal with blue-green shimmer. I love the Baked shades, because they’re really rich in color and go on so smoothly. I just see these being stunning in neutral looks, especially during the summer. Flipside is a bluer version of MAC Shimmermoss, and it is a welcome addition in my collection!
I already have Bourbon and Sin in full-size, and I do like both. LOVE Bourbon, but I love all of the 24/7 Pencils. I like Sin for a shimmery base — I do, personally, like it more than regular UDPP.

how do you use flipside w/ the rest of those colors? i have an urban decay collection of bestsellers, i have all the colors above except baked. i've been dying to do the gold and teal/light-blue look, but last time i tried it was BAD. how do you put those colors together on the eye?

Question for you...i have golden brown eyes and light/medium skin with pinkish undertones...i love this palette and had to have it...but i cant quite figure out a combination to wear them...HELP!!!
Try Half-Baked all over the lid with Twice Baked in the crease!

they finally released this in the uk n then I managedto see a great deal 4da book ofs shadows for £22 online so managed to get that n between that palette n my bamboo palette as they contain the colours that r in this palette I can create this look which I did on sat which I loved xx

Have those of you who are trying to order online tried Ulta.com?? It is available on the website!!! I bought mine at Ulta yesterday and love love love love it!!
The shadows are really nice, awesome pigmentation but... but I really REALLY want to try the pencil! Can't get these in NZ and there are so many shades (like, at least 9 or 10) that I want after checking these out on Sephora (who yes, damn them! don't ship internationally). // OK, huff over :-)

I absolutely cannot live without UD so when I lived abroad, I found out about forwarding services. There are many companies, but I used a U.S.-based forwarding service called Shipito. You order online and Shipito will forward it to you anywhere in the world. Very cheap and worth looking into.

i bought this and i love love love it. just thought i'd also say that these e/s are the same size as a full size UD shadow, because i dropped my old palette and repressed two of the shades into mac pans and they were full to the brim. so its really good value.
Awesome! I think these are just a smidgen smaller in size, but not by much (at least by weight).
I love this palette- can you tell me if it's easily dupeable w/mac colors? It looks like maybe mulch, bronze, woodwinked, parrot? I haven't swatched this in person, though, so I could be totally off base.
Hey Jackie, I'd say that's about right. Mulch might be a bit too dark, so I'm not sure about that. The only shade that isn't easily duped is probably the lightest brown shade, but it is really similar to the medium brown shade anyway.

so pretty! but i have EVERYTHING in this set besides baked. :( would you say baked is close to mac amber lights? or are they totally different? (LOL i am horrible at duping colors!)
Awww! Baked is similar, though it's more bronze with less copper. Reminds me of Woodwinked a bit, actually.

I'd like to see this colors in a look. I'm thinking of picking it up but I'm a little frightened of the blue! I wouldn't know how to wear it.

I'd use the blue with other greens/blues, to be honest!
I'm not a huge fan of teal and browns together (on me), but you could wear them together. I'll probably wear it with other blues/greens, though!

I like this a lot but I think baked and twice baked are too similar. I wish they had put in a highlight color instead of both of those. If they had one highlight color I think I would get it for sure.
I meant baked and half baked are really similar not twice baked. :P
It would have been nice to have a highlight color to make this a better palette for travel :)
