Illamasqua Frenzy Intense Lipgloss ($19.00 of 0.20 oz.) is a fierce, ultra-pigmented hot pink lipgloss. Illamasqua is totally on the money when they named this lipgloss of theirs–INTENSE! is the word for sure. This is a completely opaque color with a high gloss finish. It feels and looks very much like a liquid lipstick. It’s non-sticky and hydrating enough that you won’t have any parched lips after you wear it. I find it lasts about average–three to four hours–before it starts to fade. It has a slightly fruity scent, but it was pretty subtle, because I didn’t even remember what it smelled like and had to revisit my notes.
Illamasqua (at least, at Sephora) also has eight other shades — Fierce (bright grape), Follow (reddish hot pink), Fume (dark rose), Indulge (neon pink), Mistress (bright coral orange), Move (muted thistle heather), Petulant (hot magenta), Temper (bright tangerine).

Hi Christine! I love this swatch with all of your face in the picture. It gives a much better idea of how it works in context- the colour feels totally different with this compared with a lip swatch and does look pretty amazing. I wonder if you can include your face in some of the other swatches in future?

OMG... i think this intense lipgloss will be perfect over Schiap (Nars) or Gladiola/Petals & Peacocks (MAC). Please, would make a swatch for us with these combination???

MAC True Babe is the closest, but it's a lot cooler (and LE). Otherwise, Pink Poodle, but it's not 100% opaque. Maybe one of MUFE's Glossy Couleurs!
Loveeeeee! I thought about getting the Illamasqua Intense Lipglosses yesterday because I seen it on someone's Favorite Lip Products Tag. Unfortunately I wasn't completely persuaded. I didn't see any good lip swatches... Now you totally convinced me! How would you compare these to the OCC Lip Tars?
The texture is way different. The Tars are really pigmented, but they'll dry down pretty matte, whereas this is definitely glossy and has more slip. These smell and taste better to me (I don't know if it's just me, but I didn't love the Lip Tars smell!).
just wondering.. is it supposed to have the red ...almost looks like glitter in it? I love the colour though!
It's really, really flat glitter and TINY in size. It's interesting, because you can see it close-up, but it doesn't seem to do much!

A little too bright for my tastes, and I really dislike the formula. Toned down, I think it'd look quite gorgeous.
Beautiful and fun! I also really appreciate that you took a photo of your face with that nice smile; it's great to see the lip color on a pair of smackers attached to someone's whole head! Really brings together the mental image of what may or may not look good on myself. Hope you continue to do that in the future! :)

I like that you are showing the lipstick shade with your whole face! It's easier to see how it goes with skin tones that way :)
