  1. Primarily I use the 213, 239 and 219. All MAC. The 219 is my most favourite brush! It’s perfect for applying crease colours and for smudging and softening liner.. I have 2 😀

Some essence of beauty brushes (CVS brand, great quality, very soft), a Tarte double-ended brush, a Sonia Kashuk eyeliner brush.

I’m holding out for some nice sets before I buy any from mac.

  9. Mari

My staples are def. 239,224,266, and for the most part 217!!

MAC 242 is my favorite brush ever 😀 I also frequently use Benefit’s smudger brush (now DC-ed), and a lot of Mark (by Avon) brushes, they’re really nice and the liner brush is a HG. When I remember (because I forget I have so many brushes sometimes, haha) I like to use my double-ended Tarte brushes. Oh! And this brand from K-mart (of all places) has really nice brushes (I don’t remember the name, but they come in pink envelope packaging) too!

    • I hate when they DC brushes, grrr!! My favorite brush was by Benefit, originally, though I’ve since fallen in love with the 239 instead.

I have some brushes from the body shop (flat, filbert shaped), as well as Loew Cornell brushes (mainly mini mop for blending) and Essence of Beauty crease brushes.

  14. Angelica

BillyB Paintbrushes, they are the perfect brushes. I have the complete set and use them religiously.

I use the 239 and 217 by MAC and a crease brush I got from Quo (Canadian brand).

I have yet to invest in super good brushes (gasp I know!) because I’d rather spend money on the make-up right now. My generic brushes have been doing just fine though, haha. I actually really like the brush that comes with the LOreal HIP pigments.
