The shadows are gorgeous but I loved the lip/cheek stains! Can't wait to see how they look on you.
Yes, this palette is adorable. ....and the fact that it is numbered and so limited makes it even more endearing. I have already bought the Shady Lady #3....and it is not my cup of tea. The colors are nice and pigmented when swatched, but they dont stay on all day like UD or Cle de Peau since I dont use a primer.....Plus, knowing me, I would not be one of the lucky 999 people to obtain this.

Christine, what's your advice for snagging one of these? 1,000 is such a small amount. Should we just constantly check theBalm website like many of us did looking for the once unattainable Naked palette at Sephora.com?
Hi Emily, It's probably best to keep up with theBalm via Twitter or Facebook - Facebook for a brand is great, since there may be other fans also keeping an eye out, so you can spot it quickly there. Hopefully, when we get closer to the launch date, we'll have a better idea of when it will launch.
When I first saw the packing, I didn't think of it much but after seeing the lip/cheek stain Rainbow Connection, I just have to have this palette!
I am TOTALLY in love with this. I've never purchased anything from TheBalm before, but I will be chasing this palette to the ends of the Earth! :-)
I love theBalm products and as someone who is old enough (ehem!!) to have watched The Muppet Show this thing is the cutest!! Love the packaging and the colors. Makes me feel nostalgic!
I sang the Muppets Show theme song while I read this lol, it's time to meet the muppets on the Muppet show tonight! lol ok I just showed my age. Really the only reason I want this is because the Muppets are on it lol.

oh DAMN I NEED THIS!!!! even if I hated all of the colours, just because it's the muppets. but they don't sell thebalm at my sephora, and we don't have ulta in Canada and I don't shop online :( oh well, we might be going to two other cities before school starts so I'll try to look for this there!!!!!!

Gosh - now that I've seen this, I may have to rethink it though if they are only making 1,000 of these (did I read that right? seems a lot of work for just such a small #), chances of getting one here in Canada are slim to nil, I would guess.
I'm not sure if it's indicative of theBalm's expectations for sales (sometimes they seem like a larger brand, since they are at Sephora, but other times, they seem more like a smaller brand) or if they're trying to utilize limited edition marketing strategies.

I agree -- I think this is wonderful, and I LOVE the Muppets, but....I too think a lot brighter when I think of the Muppet Show, especially. With the craziest characters Henson ever devised, the neutrals don't 'fit' with the Muppet Show, for me. BUT, I love the concept and the packaging is adorable....I probably won't buy it, but I love the idea.

Wow! I love it! I love how the lippies have such strong pigmentation. Too bad only 1000 will be sold....I won't be able to buy one :(
As soon as I saw it was the Muppets I knew I had to have it, and the pigmentation makes it even better! I love the Electric Mayhem gloss. I definitely need this for my collection!!

Does it traumatize anyone else that "kids today" don't know who the Muppets are? This new movie ought to fix that! Very pretty palette - with only 1000 I bet I'm not getting one.

it is tough not to buy an eyeshadow palette that has colors named "Mahna-Mahna", "Wocka Wocka," and "Electric Mayhem." I love me some Muppets.

I was on the fence when this was posted at first, but the swatches are making me think I need it. Hope I remember to keep an eye out for it, my brain is bad at remembering 4 hours from now let alone more than a month, lol.
How fun! I'm thinking this and the Meet Matt(e) palettes might be my first foray into TheBalm products.
The other preview pics that I saw of the didn't catch my eye at all. After seeing the swatches... wow! I'm more excited for this than I am most other launches coming up.

whoa that is so cool that you have #1 of 1000! i recently splurged (a lot) on their 50% off promotion that they had on twitter and i must say i LOVE their stuff, and for the quality, they are definitely the most underrated brand.
It's been awhile since I've hesitated to swatch something, and seeing it was 1 of 1000 almost made me stop!

Oh, I didn't have any problem with Chantecailles really - they tend to look better in promos.
well the chantecailles look good in your pics-- must be the excellent swatching and lighting :-) I am soo thrilled with this palette esp since it's double their shady lady palettes for another 5 bucks and it's adorable. I'm wondering how fab the Balm and Beautiful packaging will be-- maybe that will be permanent so numbers won't matter. LOVE these shades. Kissy kissy is right-- I want to kissy kissy that palette. I keep looking at the swatches and drooling. I've never loved Baked but Meep Meep is like a prettier version and I do like it. And the last two look better than Sin but I want to see them on. Ahhh LUST. Was it as fun to play with as it looks? :-)

Oh my! This is the very first time that I have actually felt that a palette with that many colors was near perfect! It is going to be extremely hard to hold myself back from shelling out the money for this. They look beautiful. I may just get two, one as a gift.
