The Dot in the center is actually the matte version of the shimmer shadows. This collection is WICKED on!!! The Nordstrom Anniversary Collection is fierce too!
Awesome packaging-- Smashbox is a great line of makeup. It's reasonably priced too, which is always an added bonus. I like the packaging of these products-- I'm not sure if this would be the most crucial makeup to have in my makeup box, because I don't wear that color shadow very often-- but it's cute!
Wow - I just checked AllCosmeticsWholesale.com & they have one of the eyeshadow palettes on sale for $16.99. That's an amazing deal compared to the $42 price tag that will be on it come fall.
What's in the middle of the eyeshadows? A little shadow dot.. A decoration, maybe? I would be really cool if it were a mini liner in the middle..Ah, me and my overactive imagination :D
Saw these up close on another site a couple months ago & it looked as though it was another shadow in the center. Would be great if it was a liner or the inner circle was matte & the outer was shimmer or something. Promo images never do justice so it should be interesting to see what these look like in person.
Probably more likely another shadow or a darker shade of the outer ring, just because it seems messy otherwise!
I'm not really sure, I'm leaning towards decoration but it could be liner. I don't have more info than what's posted, unfortunately!
