I currently dont do anything to my brows except get them waxed. I think I’ll have an SA do a demo with one of the duos. I highly recommend the 208 brush to apply gel liner to upper lash line!

Hmm…. I’m a bottle, copper red head (my natural hair colour and eyebrows are dark blonde) and Soba is my absolutely perfect brow colour. It gives a similar effect to ‘Girlboy’ brow set which was my former HG (the shadow looks a bit more natural). I think the actual ‘redhead’ products may be far too dark for me!

Just got into doing my brows! Need this!

  4. Why oh why do we need a LE brow collection??

I’ll be keen to see these brow products, though I find it odd that they’d make it LE. You’d think that would be a staple product for most.

The gelcreme looks promising, but it’s LE. The brow duo looks nice. I usually use Anastasia’s Strawburn brow powder. (I have warmish brown hair that I sometimes color red.) I wonder how their redhead one compares.

The 208 is supposed to be a brow brush? Whoops! I use it as a liner brush haha

The girl at my MAC countner said that the brow items are perm. Well the pencils.

  10. Leizel

Wish they had something for the ladies with black hair!

  11. I have to admit that I’m not the biggest fan of MAC. The brand is just a little bit tough on my skin. Also, the sales clerks drive me crazy. They’re like “the cool kids” in High School. They act like by helping me they’re doing this great favor.

Sorry for rambling…one thing that I love MAC for is their eyebrow pencils. The colors, the consistency, I just love it.

I agree with the snobs that work the counter. There’s a free standing MAC store in San Diego (Fashion Valley) that has horrible customer service now, used to be much better. I stopped going there and just started shopping at Nordstrom next door, much better service. MAC needs to retrain these “ladies” on how to treat customers.

I’m particularly interested in the brow fluidlines! I hope the dirty blonde doesn’t end up orange.

I think I’d like to try the Fluidline Brow Gelcreme, but LE for a brow item is a bit silly.

  14. Ya know, MAC, some of us do have black eyebrows…

  15. Mietta

Mmm I’m not sure about this. The colours look too warm, especially in the promo pic. They did this for the contouring creams too – Coffee Walnut is probably the coolest and most like a natural shadow colour out of that collection, the others were just like bronzers or foundations. I’ll check it out but I don’t have high hopes for this one!

  16. I’m super excited about those veluxe liners! I’m blonde and I always have trouble finding a good eyebrow color that doesn’t have even the faintes hint of redness. Mac Fling is awesome, but the automatic pencil just gets used up way too quickly, it’s so soft. Powders I don’t like too much, to.. powdery. I’m really interested in that shade calles Strawberry Blonde! I actually used to have a platin blonde haircolor named just that! :D

  17. Danielle

As redhead, I can already tell you that Cork and Espresso are WAY TOO DARK for someone with red hair… and I even have thicker, darker brows to begin with. Wedge and Omega would have been better choices. Why is it so rare for anyone to know how to deal with redheads and their brows???

    • Same here. I almost always have to use wedge or omega on mine. I have strawberry blonde hair (more towards red), but my brows are just.. white. It’s so easy for a color to be off and go auburn or just look horribly filled in.

    • I love Kid Mac Shadow for my brows and have been using it for years!

    Meh, don’t need.

I love my Brow Tech but haven’t liked how Smashbox changed the packaging. I might give this a try

  20. Greta

    I. Can’t. Wait. <3_<3

  21. Witch

FINALLY Mac produced something like brow shadow! I’m happy =)

LE LE LE !!!! Why MAC ??!! for an eyebrow pencil and fluid line for your brow that’s not justified

I’ll keep using Tarte brow moss at least if my jar is empty I can buy another not wishing upon a star that MAC will bring it back LOL !!

  23. susan castillo

I had a look at them today – the MUA used the deep dark brunette gelcreme and the brunette duo – amazing ! so much lighter (light weight) than the Tarte mousse and a fluidline, I love them, the combination of powder and gelcreme worked really great and it wasn’t warm toned at all – I need more ashy tones.

  24. B.F.

The redhead pencil and brow gel creme are hardly for redheads, more like auburns….maybe, one of the girls at the counter who was a very dark complected brunette said that the redhead pencil was what matched her the best, and the redhead brow gel creme is if anything a color for strawberry blondes. That being said I do plan on buy one of each of the brown gel cremes, as the cremes used with a pencil or powder in an ombre effect is SO pretty in just about any combination
