have you done a review on shadesticks before? do you like them? I might pick up saint germain and maybe a nail polish but I’m waiting for rose romance to go crazy.
I looveeee Shadesticks. For me, they work beautifully and the fact that they’re colored makes my eyeshadow look even brighter and deeper.
I want the both the skinfinishes and nail polishes. so pretty
My limit for this is $100 so I plan on picking up a couple glasses (and a lipstick, probably because you know how the MAs love to pair them!), the Refined MSF if it looks as good in person, both Nail Laquers and possibly the Club eyeshadow if is deeper than Humid. Since I haven’t seen the Grand Duos yet I hope the decision making isn’t too difficult but I’m taking cash only to remove temptation.
The model looks unimpressed by her pj’s! (inserts thought bubble) “Ugg! I can’t believe they made me wear this. I need a hair brush too…must find hair brush.”
The lipglasses are cute, but I wonder how pigmented they will be. I can’t wait for swatches.

I went this thursday to check out the Grand Duos, and the chick gave me a peek at all the sugarsweet stuff.. MANNNNNNNN the MSF, loved them and the nailpolishes are wickeddd. Dear cupcake was ehhhhhhh.

I wasn’t planning on getting anything from this collection but now I think I’m going to pick up the butternutty shadestick and aquavert but that’s it…hopefully.
so i was loving the shadesticks , buttttt the MA at mac said they are made with a different formula, than the ones that arent now.. and they creased on her! siggh.. so now im gonna have to see them in store ;[

It all looks so pretty! But I’m sticking to what i know I’ll use often. So I’m for sure gettin Lollipop Loving and maybe an MSF if I love it in person.
This is a really purdy collection!! I want the Lollipop Loving lipstick (2 of them if it’s as gorgeous on as I’ve seen in pics), Dear Cupcake e/s, and Sugarshot e/s! I thought I’d want Red Velvet shadestick, but I tried on Crimsonaire which is similar and it looks yucky on me!
I can always buy Penny shadestick at my local CCO….we’ll see what happens….
Anyone else think the Peppermint Patti nail lacquer will be very similar to OPI’s Hey! Get in lime?

I thought i was not getting anything from this collection, as i am waiting for the Rose Collection. But when to MAC and got a preview on the stuff and let me tell you, it is super cute. The Perfect Topping MSF is amazing so i will be getting that, with both nail polishes and maybe three of the shadesticks. I will probably pass on the lipglasses, even thou they are super cute; but i just have so many LOL
And the lipsticks and eyeshadows are very pretty, but i am not planning on getting any from this collection. I am trying to stay in budget!

sadly this is a passable lipgloss .ijust recived my order of tasty lipgloss and its soft and nice like mac is and these are not sticky my gripe with them is that they mix up (i was told they would not becouse of the diffrent testure) and the main problem is its nothing speacil i can buy a top brand drugstore lipgloss and not know the diffrnce .
its a fun gloss i like it but the price is not worth it .:/ ehh
and i got sweet thing lipstick i loves it

Dreah, I don’t know if this helps but the shadestick you’re wondering about is the pink on the model above. The MA at MAC was wearing it as a base for her purple e/s.

Went to MAC today for my ‘makeover’ appt and to see Sugarsweet. This is a small launch so I thought I wouldn’t get a thing from it. Oh. So. Wrong. I picked up Penny and Red Velvet shadesticks for my daughter, both lacquers, the Aquavert and Stars and Rockets shadows, Tasty tri-color gloss and Sweet Thing lipstick in addition to foundation, blush, and primer (which don’t count as part of the haul because I needed them
). The Grand Duos were way too shimmery for me – the kind of shimmery that couldn’t be blended in – and the MSFs from the Sugarsweet collection didn’t work with my deep complexion. All in all a good day.

Christine, is there such a thing as ‘too good’? lol That would be Sugarsweet for me. And…I didn’t cop to the PILE of palette refill shadows. I can’t go near a drugstore, Sephora or the MAC site until Style Warrior is launched.

I think so. I think that normally when Mac ranges are released, they normally come out a month later in the UK. I can’t wait ’til Sugarsweet launches here! I really want to check out Dear Cupcake and Aquavert eyeshadows.

I’m thinking of getting lollipop loving, sweet thing, st. germain the msf in refined eyeshadows in aquavert, dear cupcake and the shadesticks in penny and redvelvet.
I was gonna get the shadestick in cake shop i think it is and it looks green on the mac website but on the picures it looks grey/silver.
