I am pale too but Blk looks hott. It definitely takes a step back to get use to it but still amazing. I got to play with the greasepaint stick and gave myself that total grunge look and i loved it as well.
The mineralized shadows are great. they are so much more sparkley than Black Tied and Beauty Marked.
As for the Volcanic ash exfoliater stuff. I tried it on my hand and loved it. But probably best used in the shower.

I’m very pale, too, and I’ve done blackish (black liner over the entire lip with a very dark gloss over it) lips before, and if I use enough pink-y blush it has a really cool effect, not gothic-y at all, especially if you do light or bright eye makeup with it.

Interesting for the eyes as I’m a lover of black smokey and black on the eyes! Also, it’ll be esthetically extremelly interesting to see all the black lipsticks and lip products. Lots of girls will buy this, I don’t doubt it but I wonder how many of them will actually wear the black lips in the streets (beside the goth girls who always did).

I’ll definitely be picking up Black Knight. I’d prefer it were a matte, but cremesheen’ll do. I’ll probably skip the mattenes. well one reason they are really even introducing the black lipstick is not necessarily to wear it by itself but to actually mix it with other lip sticks to create awesome shades of that particular one. like dubonnet with it, or hug me, or even something like russian red, or girl about town. its all about getting creative =)
Im super flippin excited about the grease paint stick. =D it has AWESOME staying power. water resistant, can withstand pool junkies =)
the mineralize shadows hurt my eyes, i cant wear them =( but ill get them for shoots.

I saw these swatched on paper today. the greasestick is awesome. it has a purple shine to it. The glimmerglasses and sheer with glitter in them. very pretty. The eyeshadows are really cool especially cinderfella. Hard to describe but if you like black you are gonna love these!!
