I finally brought home with me the Outspoken eyeshadow and a lipstick Red She Said; just enough for this collection. Holiday Part II is on the way…

I only bought Dangerzone, Stark Naked and some of the dazzleglasses from this collection. I kind of hate minerialized eye shadows but I couldn’t pass on that red!

I bought Outspoken and Word of Mouth. I’ve never liked any of their mineral shadows, but I these are really amazing. So blendable and great color payoff. I’ve been wearing them everyday and am thinking of getting a couple more. They are great for weekday mornings when I don’t have time to dig through and find coordinating colors.

You’re making me want to consider these, but ahh… will save them as the gifts they were meant to be!

Love the collection – the shadows are amazing because its all the colors you need for an amazing look are in the one round compact.

Ah! I got Outspoken & Word of Mouth via recommendation from the mua.
    Love them.
    I wanted more
but I had to control myself
    ;)

I have question, what is the difference b/w these mineralize eyeshadows and the ones that come from the palettes for example. The MUA suggested for me to get mineralize better than the palettes. I was saddened a bit.

In my opinion the shadows in the palettes are more pigmented, longer lasting & easier to work with (they are also a variety of finishes, matte, frost, vp etc..)…I find the mineralize shadows a bit sheer & the glitter is very chunky & falls out a lot…what exactly did the MA say is better about the mineralize?

She actually said something like was easier to blend than those colors on the palettes.
I was a bit disheartened. I wanted to get either the smokey eye or the warm eyes palette and she steered me towards the mineralize eyeshadows. I mean she did a great job with my makeup but I was kind of surprised. You’re right I didnt realize it but all the mineralize are glittery. :(

It just depends – some people LOVE the mineralize shadows and others don’t. I don’t think the palette shadows aren’t blendable. They’re fine to me!

            great!
you make me want the warm eye palette more
            ;)
            thanks christine..
i knew there didnt seem any difference…
someone pointed out that MES have more glitter.

              :)

MES do tend to have more glitter/shimmer/frost to them, though.

I’m glad you’re enjoying the ones you’ve gotten so far!

The mineralize eyeshadows are different than the palette shadows–the palette ones are regular powder ones.
