As promised, here’s a clear shot of Flourish lipstick! :)  Flourish is the red lipstick, and pink lipstick is All Mine.  Both of these are from MAC’s Monogram collection and retail for $22.  Below is a close-up shot of the actual MAC monogram–in case you missed it (I did the first few times around!), the design is actually an overlay of M A C.

I know, I actually think I’ll be able to skip this collection! I do like the packaging though.

Thanks for the pics, Christine. I would like to see what these look like on.

I bought Flourish and I love it, it is the closest to Queen’s Sin that I’ve seen, I have them both. Although, I read that a Mac Rep. said Flourish is closest to Mac’s Red No.5, do you have a swatch of that lippie?

    • I have Red No. 5, and while I love it, it’s deeper than Flourish. They are similar, though, because Red No. 5 is a raspberry red (so there’s pink in the red), just like Flourish!

If you do a search for “couture” it should turn up. I’m pretty sure I did a review on that launch!

I loved Flourish when I tried it on, but I couldn’t justify $26 for a lipstick….. I’ll wait til something similar comes out in a regular LE line.

    • It is really pretty, but I agree it’s hard to pay the higher price when you know a regular MAC lipstick is $14. I doubt the increase in price is relative to an increase in “quality.”

Flourish is SO pretty, but sadly NOT a must have for me because of the pricing. yuck :\
