Looks – DressCamp Summery Eye

I used Soft Ochre paint pot all over lid, Sunny Girl eyeshadow (LE) on inner lid, DressCamp Pink beauty powder (LE) on middle of lid, Golden Gold eyeshadow (LE) on outer lid and crease, Sunny Girl eyeshadow (LE) above crease, Trend eyeshadow (LE) on brow bone, Sunny Girl eyeshadow (LE) on lower lash line, Graphblack technakohl on lower lash line, and Plushblack plushlash mascara. I wore DressCamp Pink beauty powder (LE) on cheeks (with lots of buffing). I had Too Fab lipstick (LE) with Fashion lipglass (LE) on my lips.
** Sunny Girl = Goldmine; DressCamp Pink = True Romantic; Golden Gold = Amber Lights; Trend = Patina; Too Fab = Girl About Town (blotted/sheerly); Fashion = Pink Poodle [these are closest substitutions using permanent colors only]
Just got my dresscamp in the mail yesterday. So not impressed w/ it. I hate when MAC has "new" shadows but they are really just old ones w/ different names. Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!
That sucks, Kellie! I agree the palette is dupeable, but I do love that they're altogether. This is a great palette for traveling for me!

Hi Christine..!! looking gooorgeous! :) i reaally love all the looks you created..you can take the most boring e/s and create such beautiful looks! :) and i LOOOVE the full face shot you take at the end of each look..oh..i had one request..i remember when you used to take the full face shot you even used to take one while looking down so your eyelook could be seen from a distance...plzzz could you take those pics from now on as well..plzzz..:)

OMG u look absolutely gorgeous and stunning!! I love the whole look and I had no idea how beautiful the lipstick and lipgloss are, I thought they were super bright but they look pretty sheer and flattering! Is this collection gonna launch internationally?!

Beautiful! Is the blush so very pigmented or glittery-shiny, what made you say "whoa!"?
Hey Nell! Thanks! It's VERY pigmented. I tapped a bit and it was really pink!! The biggest thing is that the blush is pretty cool, and the shadows are warm, so when I combined it with the bright cool pink cheeks-not so lovely! It's pretty hard for me to pull of SUPER pigmented, but cool pink cheeks period.

Wow Christine, I had a similar look yday, of course,not as well executed as yours :), only thing I used a darker pink in the out 1/3rd and crease and didn't have that peachy colour.

Man, I thought this would all be dupeable, and therefore I could save money. But I don't see anything that looks just like the color and consistency of Too Fab. :(
Aww! I think Lustering and Girl About Town are close (but GAT needs to be applied VERY sheerly!!) are close. Lustering has the consistency of Too Fab, but it may be a little fuchsia-pink rather than cool-pink.

Hey, I see you use Technakohl a lot in your looks. How does it compare to powerpoints Engraved in terms of lasting power and pigment? I don't think Engraved is dark enough for lining inner rim all the time.
I prefer technakohls for their softness and lasting power personally! I also adore Graphblack as something that gives me a good black--Feline kohl power is my fave because it's so black black, but Graphblack is still quite good.

Do you really think Sunny Girl is similar to Goldmine? I wanted this palette solely for that color (and the packaging) so I might as well just buy gold mine. Sunny Girl just seems more of a yellowish gold than goldmine to me. Thx
Yes, it is. Sunny Girl is a little paler, and a little more yellow, but they are close. If you layered a color like Nylon over Goldmine, you could get very close to Sunny Girl.
