Estee Lauder Cyber Lilac Pure Color Gelee Powder Eyeshadow ($24.00 for 0.03 oz.) is a medium-dark red-toned purple with a silvered shimmer-sheen. It delivers good color payoff both wet and dry, and when it is applied wet, the metallic finish comes through more. Urban Decay Rockstar is less shimmered, so it looks darker. Bare Escentuals Encore is also similar.
I liked this one better than Cyber Green, because the texture was softer and smoother, even when applied dry. Still, the texture is like a cross of “baked” eyeshadows (like MAC Mineralize Eyeshadows) and a regular powder, but infinitely better than baked products, because it retains the vibrancy in color when it is applied damp–it doesn’t dry down to something faded. Alone, it wears about six hours without any issues when it is applied dry, and when it is applied wet, I was able to get to eight hours without issues.

These are definitely worth checking out, just because the formula feels a little different than other eyeshadows I've come across. I like that they can be used wet or dry, but you can still get good color payoff if you use it dry and you don't lose vibrancy when you use it wet.

Oh maaaannnm....I never woulda thought I'd be drooling over EL products of any type, but this is stunningly gorgeous! I'll be stopping by my local counter very soon, without a doubt. Hoping this year's products are just as great as this!
I had a chance to see the testers but they didn't have any of the shadows in yet when I went back to get them when they got deliver they was all sold, I'm being told because the sales are not high at are local mall only so many witch isn't that much are sent hmm I really find that hard to believe It seems tro always be that I dont get it and I really wanted all these shadows , they are gorgeous very silky and buildable

I'm... I'm in love! I must have it! I've been looking for a purple eyeshadow that I could use on a daily basis without it being too much, and this just might be it! This color is so dynamic! I swatched these at my local counter, honestly I'm not sure how the texture is a revolutionary difference from some of the "creamier" powder shadows we've seen before. Oh well, I think it's really pretty in the pan, and I hope Estee Lauder continues adding colors to this line!
They do feel a bit different than other powder eyeshadows to me somehow! Not revolutionary so much but different.

Loving this! This is an absolute must have for me so if I see it in store I will defiently buy. I don't normally look even at estee lauder counters after they discontinued my favorite purple eye shadow but seeing this I will start looking at the brand again.
