Looks on different eye colors/skin tones would be a great addition 🙂 Like how to do a pin-up look on someone with a darker complextion, or a series of pic tutorials with products from same color family used on people of different eye color/complexion.

I would certaintly love to see al list of dupe color when LE colors come out so I don’t have to spend all my money at once and go oh look at that I have the color exactly. Maybe with that swatchs of the colors to just to show how they are dupe? Thanks, oh and not only high end products should be shown here, I think it would be nice to see which drugstore products and dupes for higher end, or work better then higherend. Thanks.

I would love to see a feature on news bits and profiles and portfolio works from famous and new and upcoming artists, to keep us in touch not only with the new and improved products out there but also all of our fellow artists. Makeup artistry is a wide world, and it’s hard to stay in touch with everyone out there who is amazing and worth getting to know, and I think this would be a good opportunity to spread the love.

A comprehensive swatch library sorted by product tye and color would be awesome. Its a lot of work but it would really help find the perfect shade. A lot of times the swatches on MAC do not show how the product goes on skin or lips.

Dupe lists would be really nice, especially for LE colours (nice to see before hand what I already pretty much have in my collection)

I would like to see a calendar of upcoming events that is constantly displayed on your page. The calendar could show what day the upcoming collection will debut online and then when it would debut in stores. I know that you list the upcoming collections but it would be nice to see a calendar as a reminder so everyone knows what is coming out next.

i would love to see more tutorials also, and just instead of going from page to page 2 find something have like a big list of the all the things that you have searched (ex if i search lipstick – there will name of brands, swatches, etc.)

Video tutorials would be great, and some looks on other skin tones would be wonderful. I’m very pale, so it can be hard to get a sense of what colors look like based on what’s available right now online.

Overall, though, I think the site is wonderful and offers a good range of posts. Brava!

I love that when you swatch lip glosses and lipsticks, that the swatches are on your lips. I’d like to see the same principle applied to cheek products (Blushes, highlighters, bronzers, etc). So far I find that I am only able to get a good appreciation for cheek products from your FOTD photos. Hand swatches are good, however I just think full face photos are better 🙂

I would love to see Temptalia do a feature or series on drugstore makeup. We see beautiful high end makeup each & every day on Temptalia which we all love, but realistically, we can’t all afford it. But just cause some don’t have $ doesn’t mean their passion for beauty/makeup is any different but it would be nice for them to read about highly recommended budget friendly alternatives. I think it would be appeal to a whole larger audience…one that wants to read about what drugstore products they can buy that have high end quality.

I would like to see you do a “Guess these Colors” Face of The Month contest. Anyone with the correct combo could entered to win a surprise. If there is a tie, just keep narrowing down the field until one winner is chosen. You could provide an email address for our entries, one per person. No peeking! Granted the colors would have to be from a specific line and in current production. If the contest is moving slowly or we are having difficulty, you could drop hints to some colors or help narrow it down by formula(lustre, etc.) The first person with the correct color combo entry wins! Anyone up for the challenge? How well do you know your makeup?

Hi! I’d like to see more color ideas, by that I mean maybe taking 3or 4 random shades in a certain brand and making interesting pairings as well as a rough visual of where to place the color, like a facechart or something (but of just the eye). I am still learning how to place colors and sometimes I run out of ideas, even though the options are endless when it comes to looks. I just am not experienced enough yet to feel like I know what I’m doing.

Cross comparisons of swatches of multiple shades of one color (yellow, for example) from MAC + other lines. Also same, but on different skin tones (for example I am very fair, so would I be better off with Rice Paper or Creme de Miel? Bright Future or the gold in Assemblage from Colour Craft?)

I think reviewing styling tools like flat irons, curlers, all that good stuff would be a great addition to Temptalia!!! I also think it would be interesting if you did reviews on hair products for all different hair types, and maybe test products and tools on different people, and show photos of the outcomes and results. 😉
