We’re giving away TWO (2) MAC 239 Eye Brushes, so two winners will be selected. Submit your entry by leaving a comment in this post and telling us why you want to win. Winner will be chosen randomly and notified via e-mail. This post will be updated with “winner chosen” when one has been chosen.

All entries must be submitted by June 3rd, 2009 at 11:59 PM PST. That’s it! This contest is open to all readers as pursuant to your local state/country’s laws.

I don’t own any MAC brushes yet, and I really want to! My eyeshadow brushes all seem to be stiffer and pokier that I would like. My eyelids get eczema when I am stressed out, and this has made them sensitive . . . I’d like to have some nicer eyebrushes that won’t irritate my eyelids any further.

the 239 is probably one of the most essential brushes someone should have
i only have one so i have to constantly wash it if i want to do my makeup with difference colours hahaha or keep wiping it on a tissue till the colours gone
its really a hassle and i keep wanting to buy another one but mac has been releasing some great collections lately and i cant afford a lot since im a high school student haha
plus ive never won anything related to luck before

i really think brushes are an essential in doing your makeup so its important to have them… using the applicators that come with the eyeshadows are the worst thing you can do.. so this is why i need this brush and it would be kind of you to give away one to me =… Pleaseeeeeeee !!! pretty please

This is one of my favorite brushes! Someone cleaned my room while I was in the hospital an it has since disappeared! I would love to have one again. 🙂

I’d love to win because I don’t own any quality makeup brushes at all! So far I use two little paintbrushes for shadow brushes, a regifted blush brush from a friend, and an eyeliner brush from E.L.F. I substitute other brushes with my fingers.

I would like this brush to give to my sister, who’s birthday is coming up, and one of her birthday wishes is to have a MAC brush, because she can’t really afford one. I’d would defintely buy her one, but I’m really on a tight budget and all =/
I’m actually setting up a mini eyeshadow kit for her as a gift and this would be a great edition to the kit, since she’s just starting to get into make up.

I can’t tell you how long I’ve been wanting this brush. In the past year I’ve managed to pick up the 217 and 224, which are the only MAC brushes I have. I’d love to have more, but it is hard when times are tough and its hard to find work. Some things have to take a backseat, and buying MAC products is unfortunately one of them. I’ve looked on eBay to save a few bucks but you never know if those are real or fake. I don’t want to give away my money to liars and cheaters. This is such an awesome opportunity. I’d be thrilled if I won because I am really curious to see what a high quality brush is like, does it really make that much of a difference to the application of eyeshadows? I have cheapo brushes and am reluctant to splash on a high-end one as they do the job but at the same time I still lust after them!
