The approximate value of the grand prize is $50.00. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from February 20th, 2011 through February 27th, 2012 at 12:01AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to all readers unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before February 27th, 2012 at 12:01AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winners will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

I can’t pick just one shade! But I guess if I have to then I’d say Tease is the most exciting because UD doesn’t have a wide range of matte shades. It’s also a gorgeous color!

Half Baked and Chopper are the two colors I would see myself using all the time. I don’t have the Naked palette in 1 or 2, but I love the UD shadows I have.

YDK looks goooorgeous but I’d really like to try Bootycall because it’s exclusive to the palette and it looks like a pumped up Virgin, which is one of my favorite Urban Decay shadows.

I am most exited about Tease and YDK! YDK is permanent but I have had my eyes on it for the longest time and looks like a much better formulated Sidecar. And Tease is just so pretty to me because I love taupes and purples 🙂

Most excited for the shade Tease! I think its matte and pretty matte shadows can be hard to find. I’ve been trying to use more matte lately, so I know how hard it can be to find good ones!

“Chopper” looks absolutely GORGEOUS. Although I’m extremely excited about all of the shades from this palette! Chopper would look great with “Pistol” in the crease and “Foxy” as a highlight! All of the shades in this palette are PERFECT.

Tbh all of them.. you can’t get urban decay in Denmark and the naked2 pallet is the one product from UD that I’ve wanted to try since I saw it the first time!

Honestly, I’m so in love with Half Baked I don’t even care that UD keeps putting it in palettes. I have Naked and the Sustainable Shadow Box and I’ve almost hit pan on both Half Baked pans 🙂 Chopper would be my second favorite, it looks like my beloved MAC Expensive Pink!

I’d be most excited to try Snakebite given that I don’t have any dark or dramatic shades, so this would be something new, and I imagine I could grow to use it often.

i think that this palate could real change the way i do natural and smokey eyes. i can take it on the go for work and travel. so easy to smudge and to do simple techniques as well complicated ones. i even thought about doing the the new eye shades with this palate as well. it goes with everything in makeup and all my clothes. it works for me 🙂

I’m really excited for Tease, Verve, and Blackout! Tease is just such a unique shade, I’ve tried Verve before at Ulta and loved it, and I need a good matte black like Blackout. I’m so excited for the entire palette honestly. I love my Naked 1 and I’m crossing my fingers for this. 🙂

Really the whole palette is exciting as I have neither this nor Naked 1 – however Pistol and Verve are probably more exciting shades to look forward to because they don’t appear to have easy dupes from the first. I’d love to own both palettes though! <3

I’ve been dying to try Tease. I usually do Sin on the lid with a bit of Naked and Buck on the crease and I think Tease would just make it pop a bit more. Also Blackout can come in handy, I’ve been looking for a nice matte black that has good pigmentation.

i can’t get the urban decay product in Australia, i really want to try the naked pallete, the colour look awesome! and natural colour is my favourite colour for eyeshadow, pretty much all the shade in naked pallete 2 i interesting to try on! the most excited shade in this pallete are foxy, bootycall, tease and busted.

I love this palette. I use YDK and Busted a lot. And of course foxy and tease are constantly used. I thought I wouldn’t like this palette as I much as the first but just found some wonderful looks that can be created!

im VERY excited for the color tease..im sure there are dupes of it out there but it just really catches my eye ..its the color that my eye goes to everytime i look at this palette..definitely in my opinion – the stand out color.

Tease, Busted and Verve looks the most interesting to me, Busted in particular. 🙂 I’ve never owned a Naked palette, mostly because UD doesn’t ship to Norway! It’s so frustrating! They could make a fortune on shipping internationally. :/

I’m looking forward to the entire palette, but if I had to choose a color it would be ‘Tease’. Too bad we can’t get UD in Belgium.
That’s why I wanted to ask: ‘This contest is open to all readers unless prohibited by their local state/country’ –> how do I know if can enter this contest or not? Is there a list somewhere i could check?
Otherwise I would REALLY love this palette, specially since I can’t get it in Belgium. Heard a lot of great stuff about it. xx

They are all gorgeous it’s hard to decide.. but since I have to I would have to go with the Blackout. I’ve never been able to find a really good one in that color – this one looks like it would be beautiful!

I would say if I had to choose 1 I would be most excited to try out Pistol. It’s an interesting and pretty shade and I think would work in a lot of looks! I was initially most excited for Tease… but after your reviews (and a couple others) I’m a bit bummed out at the seemingly poor pigmentation. Maybe they’ll release a similar color soon with a bit of a better formula! =)

I am most excited to use the ‘suspect’ shade. I think it would be a great color for me to use for everyday because it gives that really natural look yet it emphasizes the eyes more.
