The approximate value of the grand prize is $174.00. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

By entering or accepting the prize in this contest, winner agrees  to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from February 22nd, 2013 through February 28th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to all participants unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes to win. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before February 28th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

I am so friggan excited for this giveaway! It came out too close to Archie’s for me so I was saving up and then it sold out on the Canadian Website so quickly and now I can’t get Shell Pearl. I think that would be what I’m not excited for, Shell Pearl!!

The Cockney lipstick. I am stalking it on Ebay since weeks. They were only sold in one shop in Germany so it was impossible for me to buy one (I live on the exact other side of Germany 900km away).

I have to say that the Shell Pearl powder looks the most exciting to me. I have Cockney already and looooove it, so moisturizing! Are all of the lipsticks engraved like that?

I’m most excited for Plumful. My younger sister told me she wanted the Year of the Snake Plumful for her birthday (and only this one…the permanent one is no good, she said, lol!) *after* it had already sold out. 😛 I think if I won, I would probably just give her all three of the lipsticks. 🙂

I’M most excited about the AZTEC, Brick but since never trying MAC, I’m excited to try entire collection. I have 2 daughters & thier friends who would like to try also. Christine gives such fantastic evaluations, that I have never been disappointed by her.

I’m excited for a lot of this collection it’s hard to pick just one item! I’m still annoyed that MAC charges more in Canada when our dollars are pretty much equal, hoping they eventually stop over charging us.

This is a really hard choice as there are a few that kind of tie for my favorite, but I’m going to say “Altered State”. I also have to say I love what they did with the model, particularly the body paint…so cool!

I love the details of the lipsticks (of course, everyone does lol). I saw reviews of Freckletone from this collection and heard it was more opaque than the standard issued ones (go figure), and since that’s a really good nude for me, I’m excited about that ! (because who doesn’t love pretty packaging?!)

To be honest, I don’t love any of the colors in this collection, but I think they’d be great for someone else and the snake designs are just too awesome to pass out on.

I’m from the year of the snake so I’m really excited for this collection!! I would love to have one of those lipsticks with the snake shape in them 😛 Maybe the one I’m most excited for is the Plumful one because I really love that color!!! =) Also the purples of the collection look amazing and I also like the Aztec Brick one, is gorgeous!!

I’m most excited for the MAC Freckletone lipstick! I think Cockney would be really great too, but Freckletone would be awesome for everyday wear. It looks beautiful!
