The approximate value of the grand prize is $156.00. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

By entering or accepting the prize in this contest, winner agrees  to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from March 21st, 2013 through April 30th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to U.S. participants unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes to win. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before April 30th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

I am most excited for Shoot! I love trying the shades that are so different and I was disappointed to not see this being sold at Sephora! The idea for this collection was beautiful.

Shoot Intense Lipgloss. I love Illamasqua’s lipglosses, they are so wearable, non-sticky, the colours are gorgeous and surprisingly opaque and they stay on forever.

I’mPerfection nail polish is my favorite of the entire collection. The colors are perfect for the season and the matte glitter is not overpowering but slightly funky.

I’m pretty equally in love with the nail polishes and the blushes. I think that the inspiration behind the speckled nail polishes is innovative and cute. However, I’ve also recently fallen in love with the quality and pigmentation of Illamasqua blushes. They’re quickly becoming one of my favorite brands, and I think that it’s a pity that they’re only carried at select Sephoras!

I WANT ALL THE THINGS!!!

Seriously. I have entered every single contest since I started reading Temptalis, and this is the one I am the most psyched about. I freaking LOVE Illamasqua’s stuff, but my local Sephora recently stopped carrying their products. I desperately want Shoot, but I haven’t been able to justify pulling the trigger on an e-purchase of something I’ve never tried on that’s a bit outside my usual lip spectrum… I already have Fragile–the most money I have ever spent on nail polish, and I could never justify buying the rest (if they’re not already sold out!) but I would love to have them too.

I’m praying to the fabulous, glittery makeup gods on this one!! I will wear that green lippy like nobody’s business, and my nails will be fantastic to boot!!

I would love to have the Freckle polish since I’m a frecklefaced girl. I’d really love to have the Shoot lippie also since I love non-typical lippies!!

There are a lot of polish restrictions internationally that make it a pain to ship! Per USPS, nail polish is restricted from being sent internationally so I’d have to ship FedEx or UPS, and last I checked, international rates are $30-50! I’m not sure what their policies on nail polish are, but it’s too much risk and hassle for a $14 bottle. Even getting liquids/polish into the U.S. from certain countries can be difficult.
