The approximate value of the grand prize is $80.00. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

By entering or accepting the prize in this contest, winner agrees  to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from December 21st, 2012 through December 31st, 2012 at 12:00AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to U.S. participants unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes to win. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before December 31st, 2012 at 12:00AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

I honestly cannot decide which palette I like better, they both look great to me. But I guess The Star Treatment would be better since I think the colors wouls suit my skin tone better. X

I’d be thrilled with both. The Star Treatment looks enticing but similar to another holiday palette I recently bought. I love the look of the Finer Things but haven’t bought, not being sure the colors would suit me. I’ve just recently started to use their shadows and am really enjoying them.

I’m excited about the Finer Things. I used to buy BM e/s in the Atlanta airport when that was the only place on the east coast you could buy it (the airport store is now closed :-[). I’ve been lemming them ever since reading your reviews on their pressed products. You usually love them. Hey, my whole Guerlain collex is b/c of you, why not Bare Minerals LOL??? Happy Holidays!

Hopefully I get to win these BM palettes! After hearing your great reviews, I’m itching to try one; but in no way will the hubby approve since I already have so many eyeshadows and I can’t wear a full face of makeup to work since I work at the hospital. Weekends are my “playtime”.

Oh dear, this is a tough one. Both palettes look amazing but I’m a tiny bit more excited about Star Treatment. I’ve never tried Bare Minerals’ Ready shadows and I’d love to do so.

Never tried anything by bareMinerals, even though I promised to treat myself with their foundation but lack of $ + online ordering only makes that promise difficult to keep. The Star Treatment are the colors I usually wear, but The Finer Things has some amazing shades. That cobalt one, oh my! So, I would have to say this time I’d go for the Finer Things. Amazing!
