The approximate value of the grand prize is $501.50. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

By entering or accepting the prize in this contest, winner agrees  to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from November 14th, 2012 through November 19th, 2012 at 12:01AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to U.S. participants only unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes to win. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before November 19th, 2012 at 12:01AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

I would love to win the L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Creams Set ~ I have used L’Occitane before and love it. Their Shea butter is so soothing and rich. The scents are superior.

I would be SO EXCITED to win this!!!! Most exciting? Probably the hand cream set! I wanted so badly to be able to afford that for my grandmother this year, but I don’t think it will happen!

A lot of great options, but I think I would be most excited about the Lipstick Queen set. I’ve wanted to try something from the brand for a while, but just haven’t gotten around to it (yet! I’m still hopeful)

There are so many things in this give away I’d love to try, it’s hard to say what I’d love most. But I’ll go with the hand creams and the philosophy body washes as a tie since I already know they are wonderful!!!

hard to choose just ONE item I’m most excited for but I love the Ole Henriksen products I’ve tried so I would choose that or the Philosophy Boughs of Holly set. What a fabulous give-away. I am certain I won’t win (I never win anything…ever) but I am really happy for whomever does win this.

I’m most excited for the L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Creams Set! I absolutely love these hand creams, and I think it’s a great stock stuffer if you split up the hand creams!

I love all of the featured products, so it’s really difficult to choose just one. The nude shade in the Lipstick Queen trio is very tempting, but I’d have to go with the Ole Henriksen set. I hear such rave reviews about his products and have been wanting to try more of them. I’ve only tried the brightening serum and love it. Thanks for the giveway!

I would cry if I won this seriously! Excited for everything,but I suppose I’ll say the L’Occitane set would be at the top for me because their bottles are so chic and I hear such great things about them, and believe it or not, have never tried them! Talk about an impossible task….picking just one thing I am most excited for…so many great products and fabulous brands….so hard to choose just one. I love L’Occitane but Philosophy, Tarte & Josie Maran are wonderful too! I have to go with the Josie Maran Art of Giving Set!

This is an amazing haul!!! I love Fresh products, I want to see the Lipstick Queen lipsticks if the colors work, and Ole Henriksen skin products will hopefully help my confused combination aging sensitive skin. There are so many skin products out there but so hard to find a line that really improves and helps my skin, I would really like to see that kit.

I’d love to win the Josie Maran Art of Giving Set because I love the smell of fig and I adore all of her products (most of all her argan-infused body butter). I’m dying to get my hands on that exclusive hand cream. I’d also love to have the Lipstick Queen’s newest set, Dancing Queen Trio. I love her colors and formulations (Medieval and Butterfly Ball sets are my fave) so I’m anxious to try the newest ones. The tarte SmolderEYES set looks amazing (it sold out on Sephora.com before I got to place my F&F sale order) and I’m a sucker for anything Philosophy, especially their yummy shower gels.

This is exciting, so many wonderful products! Thank you QVC! Philosophy uses the best of ingredients & love how their shower, hair, & bath product does it all esp for traveling, with beautiful scents(Amazing Grace, my favorite)! Jose Moran does beautiful wonders to my skin & hair. LeOccitane makes fantastic skin creams with divine scents that are non-greasy absorbs well & heals! Tarte is great for use of wonderful botanicals. Sorry, haven’t tried the others.
