The approximate value of the grand prize is $115.50. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

By entering or accepting the prize in this contest, winner agrees  to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from October 16th, 2012 through October 31st, 2012 at 12:01AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to all participants unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes to win. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before October 31st, 2012 at 12:01AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail or message (as applicable). Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

The Call Me Bubbles Quad is my most coveted item offered here. Excellent colors for travel, it’s work-friendly, and portable because it’s a quad. You can’t go wrong!

Definitely the sweet ever after and the eyeshadow quad!

I’ve always wanted to buy shades similar to those in call me bubbles, but I’ve never worn orange and am a little scared to take the plunge.

This would definitely be wonderful!

I’d love Marine Life. I didn’t grab one, because it looks so pretty, and I know I would probably abstain from destroying it by actually using it. Now I really regret that.

Marine Life looks like it would suit my complexion nicely. Sweet Ever After appears to be something I’d reach for fairly often too.

Most excited about the quad! I’d love to try all of it but especially that. I don’t have a MAC counter anywhere near me and I don’t order things I haven’t seen in person. Its one brand I’ve really wanted to try!

I have yet to try an MAC makeup products – have dabbled in Stila, Urban Decay, and NARS thus far… but still no MAC! So I’d be excited for the little sampling.

I have to say Marine Life as well. Honestly, more for the actual seahorse design than the color! It is a beautiful piece of art in its own way, especially from the POV of someone who loves sea creatures in general.

OHMYGOD IS THAT MARINE LIFE??? I fell hard for MAC because of this! And it taught me a very valuable lesson in life: The only way to get an LE product from MAC is to PRE-ORDER.

As gorgeous as Marine Life is, I’m more excited for Dare to Dare because I’d actually use it…you know…versus just open the package to stare at it once in awhile….lol.
