For me: Of course it was the look I did using Vex and Jealousy Wakes! 🙂 It feels REALLY weird to say that, though – like I feel cocky saying anything good about it, even though I know that is the whole point – to have created something awesome, LOL!

I wore a red-berry blush with a pink sheen, with a vampy burgundy lip, and a neutral eye (UD’s Half-baked and a blend of Smog and Darkhorse in the crease).
Still nothing I love. I’ve been on a makeup dud like all summer so far. What’s wrong with me?!
BUT I was just thinking how versatile Jealousy Wakes is! It’s very bold for summer, appropriate for the holidays, good for daytime and nighttime, and just…awesome! Maybe once I get my hands on it I’ll be able to get some inspiration back! :DDDD
This week I wore a neutral eye look ( UDs Sin on the lid with naked in the crease and gunmetal blended in the outer v)Nars Orgasm blush and MAC Big Kiss lipgloss
I did a really great look last Sunday inspired by the ocean with UD Oraculum on the inner 1/2 of the lid and UD Alice on the outer 1/2 (both from Alice in Wonderland palette) then I put MAC Dandizette in the crease and finished with black liner and mascara.
Yesterday was date night and I did a really great summer look with Fyrinnae Gilded Wings all over my lid and Fyrinnae Fire Opal in the crease and then bronze liner and black mascara. I used Tarte cheek stain in Blissful on my cheeks and put MAC Gold-Go-Lightly over it and made a beautiful bronze/pink glow!
I’ve been using buxom stay there eyeshadow in mutt all over the lid with mac patina eyeshadow over it and slightly blending into the crease with liner and mascara.

My favorite look from this week was Surf USA on the lid with Bough Grey and Print in the Crease, Sun Blonde in the inner corner and a Mufe aqua eyes liner in 12L on the waterline(my fave aqua eyes pencil!).
I wore pink and purle eye look with lancome rose tempest on lips and MAC pink swoon on cheeks
Don’t worry Christine, you’re entitled to a bit of bragging. Not everybody gets tapped to work with MAC, you know!
I did short shorts on the inner lid and a UD green on the outer lid/crease!
Question – what do you use to put the shadow on your bottom lash line? Looks so perfect all the time!
I’ve been posting ‘eyes of the day’ whole week so tried many different looks. The latest look I tried this was tropical island themed blue – green eyes,used Glamour Doll eyeshadow Island Chic & 120 Palette for it.Teamed it with Revlon Foundation, Nyx blush in Natural & Inglot lip gloss/lip paint in shade no. 15.
By the way I’m totally digging ‘Jealousy wakes’,Congrats on getting your own custom creation from MAC,wonder when it’ll make its way in MAC India outlets, they usually bring is collections few seasons later here.
for my face Im in love with smahbox fusion soft lights in baked starburst, cheeks I use very lightly macs alpha girl, on my eyes I used UDPP in Sin followed with Stila’s Smudgepot in Kitten on my lid then I use mac’s short shorts on top of that with Macs wedge in the crease I also use Macs Gilded White e/l on the inner corners of my eyes as well as lower lash line top lash line is lined with stila’s stay all day liner in black and finish that off with mac’s falae lashes mascara;for my lips i use chanel’s rouge coco shine in canotier topped off with macs lipglass in good lovin’. I love this look I wear it every where whether Im at work or out shopping or out doing whatever lol

I had to work all week so I only wore natural looks. Basically a brown color through the crease (pick your favorite!) and a soft hilight. But I have to say christine… Your color is truly amazing. I never noticed it but a true emerald green is hard to find. Your green reminds me of the emerald city! The other bloggers colors seemed to be more dupable.
Eyes- Surf USA on the lid (new fave color! soo pretty), blended out with some dark browns from the Naked Palette (Naked, Buck, Darkhorse) and highlight (Sin, Virgin) for a turquoise smoky eye. Wore it with nude lips (Rimmel Dreamy lipstick, Stila Kitten gloss.)
I enjoyed today’s! I hadn’t bothered with makeup in a few days! I have on emerald green pigment over nyx black bean blended into my crease and some of the Kay Von d yellow, lemmy in the inner corner, then more emerald and some vanilla pigment on the lower lashline. A thin liquid liner and mascara finished it off and then did myth lipstick and boy bait gloss for a good nude lip to balance it off!!
I want Jealousy wakes! It’s a perfect green!!
Not cocky at all, Christine…EXCITING even for those of us just on the fringes, eagerly awaiting the release of Jealousy Wakes (what a great name and “story” you had in the original article).
For me, a good look this week was Painterly all over my lids with Joe Fresh Bronze eyeshadow in the crease and outer corner. Zero smudged on upper and lower lash line. Too Faced La Vie en Rose blush and – big surprise – MAC Laugh a Lot lipstick.
E.L.F Wild Wheat e/s on the inner half of the lid, MAC Bright Fuchsia pigment on the outer half, E.L.F Raspberry Truffle in the crease, MAC Permaplum liner on the upper & lower lashlines. For the lips I wore Wet n Wild Wine Room l/s topped with NYX Diamond l/g in Plum Sparkle (nice lip combo for NC42 skin).
So I got my gorgeous Antoinette’s Revolution cosmetics order today- wow! I’m wearing Gangrene on the eyelid, Damask in the outer crease and Maybellinr Are you Red-dy? L/s with My Paradise on the cheeks. However I just took my BF to Popeye’s ( this is apparently a new and exciting edition to our small burg) and the corn on the cob claimed my red lipstick!

Omg! I just got my first 12 eyeshadows and there isn’t a dud in the bunch! I mean I’m all about sparkle and pigment and she really takes pride in her product ( hanging head at LC) so these are right up my alley…plus the whole French Revolution theme really works for me. Vive La France!
Today I went with something very neutral. Stila kitten on the lid. UD Buck in the crease and black liquid liner on the outer third. That’s it. Than NARS deep throat on the cheek than a light dusting of sleek rose gold(orgasm dupe) on top then nyx lala lipgloss
skill rocking Dior Rosy Nude and Aurora since 2 weeks ago :d I have Nars Easy Lover or Chanel Pink Teaser on my lips, almost everyday.
Mac short shorts on my inner corner and brow bone. Mac copperplate on my lid and print on my outer crease. Mac pink swoon blush with Mac soft and gentle as a highlighter. Mac giddy lipstick.
simple buts lots of product! clinique face powder over neutrogena moisterizer. Then for eyes mac jest over the bulk of the lid and then from the gilly hicks eye quad in sand storm, the light brown in the inner corner and dark brown in the outer. Then mac stubborn brown on the lower lash line and maybelline great lash mascara. for lips just a lancome juicy tube in a bright pink.
i did a light shimmery coral from the elf little black book warm collection and stila’s prize over it. it looked great!
I’m wearing a blend of sun blonde, surf usa and silver ring. I used a new wet n wild bronzer and some tinted moisturizer and my new fav mascara, plushlash in black!

EYES: UDPP, Nars taupe shade from Dogon on the lid, Nars taupe shade from Rajasthan in the crease, MAC brule as a brow highlighter. I used MAC eyeliner in Blue noon on the upper lash line winged out.
My fave look was a thick black liner, falsies mascara, my paradise blush, and a mix of candy yum yum and violetta for my lips
the no makeup makeup look! dior rosy tan in the two nude colors, with becca watermelon cheek tint on cheeks and lips. it’s great for the beach!
Eyes: Dior nude pink design. I usually wear a variety of eyeshadows during the week but this week I’ve worn this 3 times. It’s very subtle but I think it’s pretty. Especially the liner that comes with.
Nails: finger nails is OPI’s panda-monium pink. Toes is Essie’s coat azure.
I don’t think it’s cocky that you love the colour you created. It’s very pretty. I love this look, it’s so pretty on you!
I seldom reach out for green eyeshadow and I don’t know why. The only I have is the green one from At the Beach Collection and “Henna” from Blonde, Brunette and Redhead Collection but the latter pulls more of a gold colour on my eyes.
Didn’t wear any makeup this week! It’s too hot that it melts away!

I wore MAC Tan pigment all over the lid, black liner in the upper waterline, bit of curling mascara, bronzed face and bright Morange Lips! felt so summery 😀
my fav look for today is the gold shade from thesurf the ocean crushed pigment stack in the first 2/3 of the lid..with bronze e/s in the crease and smolder eye kohl smudged all around the eye! Using the golld pigment on the lower lash line as well! Tons of bronzer and look at her sheen supreme for a total hot bronze look!!
