Allergies are kicking my butt this year. I can’t remember the last time I wore eyeshadow…or any makeup for that matter! Sad times.
I think I wore makeup once this week. :-/ But I really loved what I wore! I wore the pink side of the Estee Lauder Pink Teal shadow pencil on my lid with a sparkly hot pink from Persephone Minerals in the crease. I highlighted my brow bone with a random opalescent shadow. It was super simple and I loved the way it came out. I wore MAC’s Alpha Girl on my cheeks aaaaand, don’t remember what I wore on my lips. 🙂
I put on makeup once this week for an interview, but since it was finals week, I was slacking on putting on makeup. I did like the look I went with last Saturday. I used my Lorac Multi-Platinum palette and I really like it! I used Tarte LipSurgence in Glisten on my lips.

I’ve put it on every single day, but mostly because my baby is getting older and I finally feel like I’m getting back to who I “was.”
My favorite thing to do is a matte smoky eye with Blacktrack Fluidline as a base, with a little carbon above it. I blend shroom to the brow bone to give it a gradient effect, and finish off with a nude gloss.
I talk on Skype with my family in Vietnam every Saturday morning. Due to the time zone difference, they always see me with just woke-up look so today I woke up earlier and put on full makeup (simple look though).

My recent favorite is using the orange in Guerlain’s Inca shadow palette and pairing it with NARS dogon. I used the orange in the inner corner and swept it to the middle of the lid, then layered the taupe all over, and used a little of the charcoal shade on the outer v/crease. the Guerlain orange is surprisingly easy to wear!
Today on My eyes I wore urban decay shadow primer, urban decay verve shadow with dark horse in the crease and virgin in the inner corner and brow bone. For cheeks albatross as a highlight and makeup forever HD blush creme in #5 nip slip. On the lips I wore Chanel rouge coco shine in 54 boy

I normally don’t wear much but this past Thursday I had to look a little more dolled up and this is what I came up with: Body shop vitamin c boost as primer, tarte TM in facade, E.L.F. blush in candid coral, kat Von D es in sister all over lid (in her truth pallete from Sephora), too faced es in ever after (in the 500 point BI pallete called eye love) for crease and outer corner, ud 24/7 in whiskey for waterline. I finished with my new favorite color sensational lip gloss in fresh sliced, I also filled in brows with my usual E.L.F. pencil. I really liked that look, it was fresh and put together!
I did a nice golden smokey eye look last night: NYX Golden eyeshadow on lids, a copper eyeshadow in the crease, and UD Bourbon eyeliner on top and bottom lash-lines (plus black mascara and beige highlight shadow). I wore some Body Shop highlighter on my cheekbones on top of some bronzer, plus a peachy-pink-nude lip using NYX lipsticks and a pink lipgloss 🙂
well I can’t remember all the makeup I wore this week, but today I’m wearing virgin all over my eye, gunmetal lightly in the crease, and creep in the outer corner. Then liquid liner on my upper lash line, Lime jumbo eye pencil (NYX) in my waterline, Darkly My Dear blush and In Synch lip liner which I filled my lips in with with just a but of lip balm over top.

Used all MAC shadows. Orb all over lid. Soft Brown in crease with a bit of Wedge. Handwritten lightly blended to define the crease. Vanilla as brow highlight blended down to soften the browns.
Orb on inner third of lower lash line with Soft Brown on the rest. Lightly lined lower lashes with Handwritten.
Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Maya for a thick cat-eye (I wear glasses, so I need to make it thick in order to see it behind my frames). Curled lashes with tarte mascara.

I did a fun look with Morgana Cryptoria Ubiquitous Suspicions on the lid, Morgana Cryptoria Jaded Peacock on the outer corner of the lid and the outer lower crease. I used Silk Naturals Restless for the inner and upper crease and highlighted with MAC Vapour.
I only wore full makeup once this week for a formal ball at my husband’s college. It was nice though!

Thursday was my favorite makeup look. I used E.L.F. cream eyeshadow in Dawn as base all over lid with a purple-ish/burgundy-ish/taupe-ish color from my Coastal Scents 88 palette in the crease. Then a thin line of my Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner in Brown on the top lash line. Then I curled my lashes, and dabbed some E.L.F. mineral blush in Joy on my cheeks, then slapped on some strawberry chapstick 🙂
my standards of Clarins new foundation, Mac Pro Longwear concealer and Painterly Paint Pot. On my eyes this week, I’ve been wearing MAC’s Dalliance on the lid – so brightening and pretty – with TheBalm’s All About Alex in the crease and any old thing on the lid (Brule, Orb or Vapour – whichever I grab first) and smudged black liner. MAC’s Dame on my cheeks (I’m having to scrape away at it to get any colour onto the brush but I’m determined to use it up) and New York Apple on my lips.
Thursday is the only day I put anything on my eyes, and it was: UD Oil Slick, MAC Carbon/Print/Crystal Avalanche/Satin Taupe/Groundwork PP, Lancome Hypnose

I didnt wear much makeup this week, but what I did today was pretty cute. I used UDPP, and swept Mowie Wowie on my lids, just past the crease, and also along my lower lash line. Whiskey eyeliner on top and just a faint line on the bottom. I used Smashbox Hyperlash and topped it with Clinique High Definition mascara, I love how thick my lashes turned out! Elf blush in Candid Coral, and a dab of Elf all over color stick in Pink Lemonade on my lips.
No foundation. I’ve totally cleaned up and brightened my complexion with a 1, 2 punch of Yes To Carrots products + Neutrogena Healthy Defense moisturizer w SPF 50. Eyeliner, mascara, Clinique liquid eyeshadow (color: light brown), and Cremeblend blush in So Sweet, So Easy. Raspberry Glace lipstick from Clinique and Eos lipbalm.
I go makeupless these days, except alternate between my recent fav Chanel Coco Shine Fetiche by day and Bonheur by nite.

Usually I’m a color fiend but lately I’ve been going very natural (like mascara, lip balm, foudation natural) but on saturday I had an audition and I wanted to look like myself but better. I used my naked palette. Virgin to highlight sin on the lid and buck in the crease. A brown gel liner just on the outer third. Set with hussle. Nyx’s champagne liner in the waterline. Nyx’s blush in mocha (matte pink), sleek contour kit for highlight.and mac syrup on the lips

I had two favorite looks. Both done yesterday. The first was the look I did for my sister for prom. She had a silver dress so I went with a purple theme on her face. So blush was Maybelline Dream Mousse Cloud Wine topped with MAC Gentle. Eyes NYX JEP Oyster with MAC Lotus Land, Creme de Violet, and Urban Decay Fishnet on the lid, MAC Nocturnelle and the pinker side of My Dark Magic in the crease and the two highlight colors from Wet n Wild Lust palette as the highlight. Her lips were NYX Round Lipstick Tea Rose topped with Smashbox Radiant lipgloss.
I went out to the movies yesterday so I used UD Virgin on my entire eye, with Naked and Buck in the crease and MAC Blacktrack fluidline in the upper lash line, UD Perversion 24/7 in the water line and tightline and Cover Girl Lash Blast Mascara, for the face I wore Lancome Mandarin Sky blush and Dior Skinshimmer Amber Diamond and lips was NARS Velvet Matte lip pencil Cruella topped with Chanel Dragon.
Wow that is quite the look you have for a movie…I don’t have the confidence to sport Chanel Dragon for a movie. But both looks sound beautiful!
