Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I’d like to try Ouai Melrose Place. I have their body scrub (in another scent) and read positive reviews of Melrose Place perfume but, alas, it’s not carried at the Sephora stores anywhere near me and I won’t purchase a fragrance without trying it first so, at least for the time being, it eludes me.

There are a couple of variations of Shalimar by Guerlain. They aren’t flankers, but rather twists on the original Shalimar. Two are far more heavily vanilla, which is what I’m interested in. Sadly, I feel Guerlain is using the Shalimar name rather than giving original names to new scents. I’d hoped they wouldn’t sink to the Tilbury and NARS laziness of staying on the Orgasm/Pillow Talk trains. I guess Shalimar has a cult following, I’m promised these two resemble no similarities! I love Shalimar and have many bottles but it’s not complex enough and I end up using them as room sprays , especially in this warm humid weather. The vanilla relaxes people in these never before tense times 🤍

From reading the scent profile on Fragrantica I’d love to try an older scent-Juicy Couture Viva la Juicy Noir-but Sephora only sells the largest, most expensive size. However, I think a Walgreens about 20 minutes away from me had it once, so maybe they’ll still have it? If not, I guess there’s always FragranceNet!
