What cheek colors have you used the most in 2018?

It’s probably Marc Jacobs Flesh & Fantasy Airblush! If it’s not that, then my next best guess would be Chanel Jersey.

Physicians Formula Butter Blush in Plum Rose, Tarte Exposed, MAC Blush in Pink Cult and Fruity Juicy Pearlmatte Face Powder in Oh My Passion! (I wear it as blush), Milani Rose Powder Blush in Coral Cove, NARS Fetishized and Blissful, theBalm Balm Desert, UD Afterglow in Bittersweet, and LORAC Ultraviolet.

Tarte blushes in general, especially coral shades.
NARS Hot Tryst Palette saw a lot of use despite coming out later in the year, and Tarte Blush Bazaar was my travel palette for cheeks.

Essence Satin Love, UD Rapture, MAC Oh My, Passion, Nars Goulue and Fetishised are likely the main ones I go to time after time. And now that I have that Nars Hot Tryst palette and Blissful blush, those have seen plenty of usage this past month, too. All of these are satin finishes, I believe. Which tend to work best on my aging skin that has begun to show a few smile crinkles atop my cheekbones lately.

I’m not one to use blush very often, but I typically reach for bronzer & highlighter on a regular basis. L’OREAL Glam Bronze in “Light” is the one I reach for almost daily, but I tend to use a different highlighter each time, because I have so many. I buy new ones pretty much every month, and rotate the newest ones in, until I buy more… Having said that, I did keep my CoverGirl TruBlend Stunner Palette in “It’s Lit” in my “everyday” basket ever since I bought it about 6 months ago, and I do tend to grab it at least once a week, when I don’t want to dig something out of my highlighter drawers…

An embarassingly old Korres cream blush (in a pot – but if nothing is growing in it, things are fine), or one of three Bite Beauty multisticks. Totally on a cream kick during winter.

Somehow, I’m sure I said this elsewhere, but wanting to chime in for this article:

Surratt Beauty Artistique Blush in Duchesse, Cantaloup & Ponceau
MAC Sheertone Blush in Pinch Me

Think I’ll be continuing they peachy, gold, orange blushes for 2019, just feeling like I need the sun in my life!

Christine, I just got the Dior Hologlam, inspired by you and it’s insane! I love it. Such a beautiful and fun color combo.
Thank you!

Surprisingly enough, Tarte Amazonian Clay Unstoppable blush! I didn’t expect it to work as well on me as it does, since it’s a peach/coral shade, but it seems to have enough of a red/pink undertone in it that I can pull it off.
