We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! For me it’s Bite Beauty and Hourglass!
Up until just recently, that was predictable for me: UD, MAC, Nyx.
Now it’s also: Chanel, Dior, KVD, ABH and ColourPop! My horizons have expanded, where my bank acct once stood there now looms a black hole! JK! ?
Colour Pop, ABH, Dior and Chanel. I always look forward to Dior and Chanel even if the products are not always what I am looking for but I love their packaging, embossing, campaign/advertising and if the products are decent I almost always pick up at least a couple of products.
MAC, Tom Ford and Chanel! I used to be on the lookout for Guerlain, but anymore I’ve only been interested in the holiday Meteorites.
Bite Beauty, Chanel, Dior, Estée Lauder x Victoria Bechkam (the re-launch of their initial collection was a success – the Modern Mercury Highlighter is already sold out; no surprise when I think it was rated A+ by Christine), Nars and MAC.
Bite, Nars, Lorac
Viseart, MAC, Natasha Denona, Milani ,Anastasia and KVD
1. HOURGLASS!
2. Kat Von D
3. Urban Decay
Makeup Revolution, Drugstore Brands, Ulta and Sephora brands
Tarte, Mac, Anastasia, and Kat Von D!
Nars. I don’t know why as their quality can be all over the map but I still like seeing what new stuff they come up with. And MAC…..love ’em or hate ’em, they do release some excellent stuff, usually just when you least expect it. And Chanel…much as it hurts my wallet, I do love seeing their new eyeshadow quads especially.
Viseart, Chanel– love their Yeux Stylos, Suqqu (watch but don’t always buy), Anastasia, Kat von D, Urban Decay, Clarins, Bobbi Brown, By Terry— while Tom Ford products are always lovely, they are very expensive and quite often too warm for me, so I’ve kind of gotten frustrated with his line, and it’s always like “yeah, yeah, this is for warm girls..” I should probably pay more attention to Gucci too because they do products for cool toned girls.
Oh and MAC.
MAC. Always have, always will.
Make up for ever without a doubt! They coming up with new types of products regularly and really try to offer options (they are first made for professionals, that’s no surprise).
Then I would have to say Viseart. It’s sort of my 2016 crush. I love all the products I bought from them and I am always curious to see what colors association they come up with, even if it means that it won’t suit my personal taste!
Yes to Viseart! I totally forgot about them last night, but they ALWAYS intrigue me!
NARS and Chanel!
Love to see new products the from brands I currently buy from:
Chanel, Tom Ford, Estee Lauder, Marc Jacobs, Hourglass, MAC, Becca, BITE.
Brands I don’t much buy from (or at anything all) but look forward to seeing what’s new:
Nars, KvD, Anastasia, Sephora, Cle de Peu, By Terry
I always look forward to seeing new releases from Mac, Colourpop, ABH, Bite Beauty, and elf.
Smashbox and Estee Lauder.
Anastasia, Bite, Makeup Forever, and WetnWild.
I’m obsessed with Colour Pop at the moment! They just had a buy 2 get 1 free for eyeshadows and I may have gone a bit overboard!
Burberry, tarte, tatcha, shiseido
Nars, Rouge Bunny Rouge, Armani
Urban Decay, Kat Von D, ABH, Tarte, The Balm, Nyx, bhCosmetics, Makeup Revolution, Sleek, ColourPop, Wet n Wild, and e.l.f.
A year ago I would have said Too Faced, but declining quality and increasing drama have left me feeling pretty “blah” about the brand lately.
Chanel, Tom Ford, Bobbi Brown, Charlotte Tilbury, and Wayne Goss with curiosity from Guerlain and The Ordinary/Deceim.
Becca, Anastasia Beverly Hills and NARS.
Sugarpill and ColourPop!
This changes for me throughout the year. I think at the moment, I want to see more shades from the Marc Jacobs liquid lipsticks and Air blushes 😀
Kat von d! Going crazy for this brand!
Becca and Laura Geller. Dior’s blackout mascara.
YSL, Nars, Estee Lauder, Tom Ford, Bobbi Brown, Revlon.
My heart skips a beat when Viseart releases new makeup!
Mac
Colourpop
Dior addict lipsticks
Dior / Guerlain / Tom Ford / The Balm / Colourpop / LimeCrime / Pat McGrath.
I would say Hourglass, Anastasia Beverly Hills and BECCA. I do not consistently love every product these companies introduce but I would say they have a better track record than most.
Well I am liking the new products from Dior, Chanel, ColourPop and usually Urban Decay.
Urban Decay, Make Up For Ever, MAC, and Nars.
MAC, Dior, Anastasia, NYX but it’s all pretty exciting to me.
NARS, TF, and Hourglass.
Tarte, Becca, Kat Von D, Too Faced
Colourpop, definitely! Kat von D too although I have never bought anything of hers, dunno why. Marc Jacobs, Hourglass, Anastasia.
Nars and Chanel
I always love to discover new brands all together, but as far as brands that I already know, I always get excited to see the words “New From Dior”.
WetnWild for plain fun is so cheap and good actually. Soon to arrive a unicorn box containing all fun things!
I can’t wait to too see new products from Cailyn Cosmetics, Skinn Cosmetics, and Signature Club A!!!
Guerlain (I’m always waiting for new Rouge G lipsticks), Tom Ford, Chanel.
Kat von D, Etude House and Nars. For Nars it’s mainly for their blushes and lip products; I find that I don’t really buy much else from them.
MAC is the only brand I’m conscious of what they are releasing next. Maybe bc they release so often anyway. I just stumble upon everyone else but I’m never next week, so and so is releasing blah blah collection
Urban Decay, MAC, Nars, Estee Lauder and Dior
Always watching for anything from: Viseart, Bite, ABH, Colourpop.
Noticing/lesser degree: Hourglass (love the lip stylos), Chanel (given latest hydrating glosses, buzz about eyeshadow quads), UD (Basquiat collection, several of my favorite single eyeshadows), Estee Lauder (V Beckham collection, high luster lipsticks), Tom Ford (because of general quality, though usually too expensive for me to justify purchases)
Colourpop, KVD, IT Cosmetics and ABH.
NARS! Can’t believe I forgot them.
The brand that excites me more with each release is Juvias Place! Juvias is changing the game, or at least she has changed what is acceptable to me in the eyeshadow palettes I invest in. I have so many palettes that I’ve use 30% of the shades and the other 70% will not show up against my skin and are untouched. Juvias Improves with every release and the range of colors and finishes she uses caters to a huge demographic. Which makes Juvias Place the brand to look for!
Anastasia Beverly Hill & MUFE
