Anastasia just has my heart when it comes to highlight. Especially the glow kits, they have options for when I want to do something unique, glittery or something more non glittery shine. I guess ABH doesn’t have a subtle option for me, but I have a few other random options for when I want to do that!

I really like Jouer, ABH,Jeffree Star I bought both the Pro Highlighter Palettes and I really like them especially Sarcophagus from 24 Karat Palette. The Makeup Geek Highlighters are great Duochrome Highlighter. I love the Kylie Wet Sets and her Ultra Glows.I liked Pat McGrath Skin Fetish 003 both shades. I got all the Becca Light Chasers during their weekly wow sale. For a cream base or a subtler I like the Hourglass Vanish Highlighter Sticks and the Natasha Denona Creams from the Diamond and Blush Palettes I also really like the powders in those but I’ve been doing a more glittery highlight lately since more brands have been releasing better products to achieve that look with out it looking like chunky glitter on your cheekbone. The Cover FX Glitter Drops are great for achieving that look I love all of their Custom Enhancer Drops and the holiday Powder Highlighting Kit they released. There are so many good ones.

MAC for sure. Their Mineralize skinfinishes are so great for those subtle hints of highlight, not to mention how the Extra Dimension skinfinishes really add that spark to my makeup. I think MAC’s highlighters have been consistently good, as opposed to other brands that come to mind such as Becca, whose highlighters seem more to be hits or misses.

CoverFx’s highlighter in Moonlight is my staple product. It’s very buttery and talc free, which doesn’t look cakey or dry on my dehydrated skin.

I have a lot of highlighters and I am not picky about them. However I do prefer luminous to glossy finish rather than shimmery or glittery finish. I’ve only found Sleek highlighter palette, makeup revolution liquid starlight, and Laura Mercier devotion highlighter to be too glittery. All the others I’ve tried have been fine for me.

I don’t look to any particular brand(s) when it comes to highlighters; I have both “hits” & “misses” from nearly every brand I’ve tried, in terms of formula, but I’m more interested in actual color, and at some point, just about every brand has released something for the fair end of the spectrum. While I do have some absolute loves, I also have some from the same brands that just don’t excite me, but it has more to do with color or finish (of which neither is “bad”, but just not my preference). Overall, I think highlighters are the product that most brands just do well across the board…

ABH and Nyx for the more unique, interesting, yet still good quality highlighters, ColourPop for ultra brilliant, seen-from-space ones, ie; Aura Voir, Might Be, Parallel. Or very lux looking, though just $8, ie; Here Kitty Kitty. For a more refined, yet still beautiful one, Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Highlight 01! Those new(er) cream stick highlighters by Hourglass have my heart quickening! I did try on the 2 I love most, Champagne and Gold. It will be Gold! Still love my Jouer Mírame, but more for summertime. And absolutely MAC, because Whisper Of Gilt and other EDSF Highlighters are just glorious!

I think Becca is one of the top brands I can rely on, no matter what. It used to be Jeffree Star, but I found his quality deteriorates with each new release and I just don’t support his brand anymore.

Becca always gives me a blinding, can be seen from space highlight and I love that. I always wear a show-stopping highlight because it makes me feel good. I also like MAC highlighters, though I find they look more frosted and glossy on my skin than sparkling and blinding (which I like as well! Very much a romantic look). ABH Glow Kits are quite nice too. I think those are the brands I ride and die for.

Sleek – Cleopatra’s Kiss – The best combination of golds for fair skin. Bright, glowy, natural but better.

The Balm – Mary Lou Manizer – gorgeous, natural, beautiful.

Benefit – Dandelion Twinkle – subtle, glowy, healthy, natural and 100% reliable.

Rituel de Fille Rare Light Luminizers are the bomb! I am obsessed. They are unlike anything I’ve ever used. I’m not looking for a strobe finish. These are more “lit from within” type highlighters. But they can be layered for a strobe effect. I’m oily and they still last very well on me. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder is great for all over blur and glow before some blush and then the Rituel de Fille to finish.

ABH, I also purchased their gold and silver eyeliners. They are incredibly shiny and glittery. I use them to highlight by my tear ducts and above my cupid’s bow. I haven’t even begun to explore where else I can use them. I love, love, love them. No other brand has anything that compares to these, believe me I look at eyeliners all the time.

more everyday I like Kevyn Aucoin celestial powder – just not its dwarf size – and any of the highlighters in Charlotte Tilbury look in palette boxes have been great. for more drama i like Tom Ford’s pinkish one.

I started collecting all of WetnWilds from those big Fergie ones I do like I’ll have a Cosmo got all those three different shades. Couldn’t find them anywhere then got the smaller Precious Petals, Crown of my Canopy, Royal Calix, Botanic Dream, the crazy Unicorn one for fun, Lilac to reality, The sweetest bling (with the little heart imprinted both of these), Sun Ceremony, Dessert Explorations. I also do love Milani ones with those teeny roses design and they are natural looking very fine. I love gardening had to collect those three (along with the rise blushes) Help me Lord! highlighters have been my weakness for a while. Also found in Ross one from City Color, another two beautiful ones actually from some brand Gotta’ B Urban never heard of it but was pleasantly very surprised these are a light pinkish/beige color very pretty! My daughter for Christmas gave me the Hourglass trio gorgeous! I been so tempted to try Colourpop ones! NARS! Fenty looks beautiful on my daughter she has one of the two light shades very pretty glow! One I don’t want to try I think would be Maybelline they look too glittery to me. But I should stay away from highlighters with a 9 inch stick! Lol! So hard to resist temptation though. ??‍♀️
