i like this…. what about something similar too like “is there anything from the kitchen that has found its way into your skin/ beauty routine?” the answer for me is yes, extra virgin olive oil!

My favorite questions are the ones that lead people into spilling deep, dark embarrassing secrets 🙂 But other than that:
1) What’s your biggest make-up purchasing regret?
2) Is there anything you USED to do (make-up/beauty/fashion) that you don’t now (ie: Something that you THOUGHT looked good back in the day but now you think looked silly).
3) Do you think it’s okay to compliment a stranger on their make-up and do you ever?
4) Do you use testers at a make-up counter? (ick!) LOL!
5) Are you comfortable not wearing any make-up at all?
6) Are you as UNcomfortable as I am while I’m sitting here typing, trying to put a post-it note over Jenny McCarthy’s face to keep her from staring at me?!?! Seriously, she’s creeping me out. She’s very focused on fitness you know.

I haven’t been around for that long so I do not know if some of these had been already asked or not, but here are my ideas 😉
– What’s your favorite BLACK 1) matte eyeshadow 2) sparkly eyeshadow 3) liner 4) base (for e/s). (I know separate questions were probably asked several times but I would love to see them all at once ;))
– What is your most versatile product? (I mean which product do you use for multiple tasks the most – e.g. mine would be MAC sculpt and shape duo which I use for my face as well as eyes so I can basically do a whole look with it aside from lips. I guess MAC Vanilla pigment would be a favorite of many but it would be interesting to see if there are more similar products…)
– What do you think of “monochromatic” makeup? (As many as possible products in a single hue.)
– If you could choose a theme for a new collection including possible special packaging, imprints, LE products etc. – what would be your suggestion?

What about…what eyeshadow colours do you like to wear together?
I just got a giant palette for Christmas and am overwhelmed as to what colours to try together.
Christine, I know you have mentioned that you use/like Kiehls and Korres tinted moisterizer. Have you done a review or comparison for them? I would like your opinion on them. I am trying to finish up my Laura Mercier tinted moisterizer so I can try one of those! Thanks!

I bought the Laura Mercier oil-free one this past weekend and don’t like it much. I got the lighted shade and I still think it’s too dark for me. Susan, how did you like it?

I love hearing about what people thinks works on them. Its easy to know how to play with your own appearance, but its harder to get that experience seeing what works on other bone structures, skin tones, etc.

Embarassing makeup mistakes – for instance I once lined one eye, got distracted and didn’t realize until I was out of the house I didn’t line the other.(I get the bag over the head award for that one 🙂

I knew a woman who always had the most perfect mascara. Length, definition, no clumps, and somehow natural. I’m still sorry I never asked her what it was.
