What are your favorite eyeshadow color combinations? Which ones do you wear often?
I love sunset colors, like red, orange, yellow, along with tropical colors, like green, blue, and teal!

Neutrals with a pop of color are always fun! As for bright color combos, UD’s Graffiti and Honey or MAC’s Coppering with UD’s Flash are interesting as well. I also quite enjoy MAC’s Swimming with just a tad of UD’s Graffiti.
That’s funny you say that, I just posted a video doing sunset colors with a royal blue liner 🙂 I love all these colors too!!
Goldilux (Sugar Pill) and a periwinkle color,
Weekender(Sugar Pill) and satin taupe (Mac)
All Urban decay- Grind- discontinue(tons of glitter pink), Naked (matte) and Half Baked (shimmer) a combination of all texture
I like Champagne colors with deep chocolate browns. I also like contrasting colors together, like a gold lid with a pop of blue in the tear duct or as a liner. I also have a large variety in the neutral colors and pinks, especially those with a bit of shimmer so those must be some of my favs as well. Finally, my latest color obsession has been matte shades of gray; whether it is a regular gray or a smokey purple or pink, even shades or blue or green washed out with gray. I think it looks different and sophisticated yet sensual.
I was about to say the same about champagne & dark browns! Those are beautiful! I also like nude eye shades & dark charcoal/navy blues!
Brownish-gold (UD Smog or Stray Dog) and olive green (UD Mildew).
I love pigments! So I always team up MAC high def Cyan with Marine Ultra. I put the light blue on my lid and blend out and in the crease with the darker one. One of my favorites now is Aqua (regular pro eyeshadow) with that new stack pigment that came out with the Surf Baby collection, the pretty light yellow green color Aquamarine on top to give it a nice shimmery look then Shock A holic in the crease and out. 🙂
I also love pink and brown together but I haven’t really found two colors that will suit me just yet
My response is the same as Christine’s but I’ll add that I love the combination of warm metallics like gold, copper and bronze.
Pinks and champagnes as a wash all over the eye with gray gunmetal eyeliner…
I guess I am boring as I really love neutrals, grays, khaki greens, golds, and smoky lavenders. No reds, oranges here – I would look like I had been crying my eyes out with my coloring. I can do an emphasize eyes with more shades at the outer V of my eyes or along the lash line. That’s how I pull in teals, blues & a few other things. Blend, Blend!
Bare study by mac on lid
blanc type by macall over lid
all that glitters in the crease
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sugarpill’s Dollipop (outer lower lid) Poison Plum (outer edge of dollipop) and Midori (lower lash line). Its my go to look as its so simple and effective as I have hazel green eyes.
My favorite eyeshadow color combinations is violett and black.
I wear often brown colors.
I think golds and teals are pretty together, as well as pinks and purples.
on me: gold, silver gold, bronze mix with khaki, olive, dark green etc etc and with a bit of dark purple touch at outer corner
but I always get attracted to pale colour quads. ex. CD rose nude
At the moment, I love pairing peachy and gold shadows because they give me a pretty, glowy look for summer. But Most often, I wear a shimmery bronze color paired with a teal eyeliner. I have aqua colored eyes that change from blue to green at times, so the bronze paired with the teal makes my eyes really pop.
Neutral tan/pink/beige/champagne with a dark crease color. If the base shade is really sparkly, I like going with a matte crease color, otherwise I’ll match the shimmer level of both colors.
I love grays, black, blue and green:) I use them often. I also like trying new colors. Purples for example.
Eye shadow is the make up product I use the most:)
For me, it would be cool toned neutrals – they’re pretty much all I wear. And I love MAC’s VEX with purple shadows…Vex seems to make even difficult purples show up better and look nice.
I like cool contrasting colours at the moment, like silver with purple, and navy blue with chartreuse.
Sunset colors, and variations of it, are my favorites as well. Colors like gold, coral, red, copper, yellow, orange and bronze looks lovely with my blue eyes!
Satin Taupe with every other color 😉
My favourite neutral eye combination is: Phloof, Shroom, Era and Satin Taupe.
I love using All that Glitters on my lids with Trax at the corners for shading. All that Glitters is a peachy gold metallic and trax is a purple with gold shimmers and the gold in both seems to bring it together. Definitely my go-to combination.
Definitley metallics…golds and silvers, glitters, bronze and gold, mercury/silver combos etc.
Love them!
My all-time favorite is purple and pink. Others include dark green and sand or yellow and orange.
pink and yellow, blue and yellow.
I love doing a ‘color burst’ theme. On the lid will be a soft shimmery neutral gold or creme color, and in the crease there will be a really bold and vibrant hue of color, my favorites being teals, purples, and greens 🙂
I love aquamarine blue with gold.
Probably Gold- and Olive-based
The combination of a frosty pink with a charcoal is strikingly sultry. Peach with smoldering black is haute. Pinks, fuchsias, and violets go well together.
I love purples! They are so versatile and a great color for those looking to branch out into color but aren’t sure where to start as I find purple forgiving. And easy to work with
UD Halfbaked and Smog together always looks good 🙂 I like doing blue and grey together too
My fav eye shadow combinations are red-black, pink-pastel blue, light green-orange!!!!
I have a thing for orange eyeshadows, especially as a transition colour with brown in the crease and a coppery/orangey colour on the lid and to contrast, a cool toned tearduct highlight colour
I also love blues, icy blues with a dark brown cutting the crease is one of my most worn looks
Lastly, pretty much any colour on the lid with sugarpill poison plum in the crease and dollipop to blend upwards. If I use red on the lid then I skip dollipop, or use sketch instead (which also seems to go with anything) 😉
Purples, browns, taupes, pinks and silvery greys are my favourites and make my green eyes pop!
I’m a sucker for any kind of bright color combos right now. For night time looks I experiment with darker/lighter shade combos for smokey eyes.
I like grays and teals together And black goes with everything!
Silvers on the lid wth gunmetals and purples on outer halves or creasee!
My go-to five minute eyeshadow look is Too Faced’s glamazon from the inner corner of the eyelid to almost all the way across, with Label Whore in the crease and very edge of the outer eyelid. Quick and always looks pretty nice.
I really love golds and bronzes mixed with greens and purples. I also love browns. I think at least half of my shadows are shades of browns.
I love neutrals blended with either muted purples or olives (usually from my custom MAC palette) for the day, and with deep plums (Think Chanel’s Enigma quad), or forest greens (Think Chanel’s Regarde Perle) for evening! Also, pretty much any color combo from the UD Naked palette 🙂
My favorite color combo is purple and gold, every shade and tint. Deep plum and pale gold purple lids with a golden highlight under brows and in the inner corners, or a long time favorite of lavender on the upper lid with peachy gold on the lower lashline. I also love gray with shimmery bronzes, teal and brown, and soft champagne pinks with plummy browns.
My favorite combo is MAC Jest (a peachy, champagny color) on the lid with Soft Brown in the crease. It’s a very quiet combo, but it looks glowy and “awake.”
Hmm. Hot pink and cyan, maybe? I did a look with those colors, once, and it’s one of my favorite of the looks I’ve done.
I love golds and creating smokey eyes with all shadow colors — golds complement every skin tone and smokey eyes are alluring in every color.
I love to take a dark color at the lash line and fade color after color to my brow line. MAC’s Corduroy, Arena and Motif look incredile that way. I also love pinks with plums and maybe a deep gray, like LORAC’s Drama, at the corner of my eye.
Orange on the lid and bright purple in the crease! But for my everyday look I use MAC Jest on the lid and a little amount of MAC Carbon in the crease.
I like purples/plums/taupes and golds/greens.
Fuchsia or magenta with purple, hot pink and black, yellow-green with blue-teal, bright turquoise/aqua blue with purple, red and black, purple and black.
