Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush Lemonita Body Chiller Glimmer Cream
Just in time for summer, Victoria’s Secret launched a limited edition range of Beauty Rush products called Pool Party. I tried out the Lemonita Body Chiller Glimmer Cream ($12.00 for 5.3 oz.), which is a lightly sweetened lemony scent — kind of reminds me of a lemon-based margarita. It comes in a pump bottle, which makes it convenient and spill-proof (aka great to toss into a beach bag or luggage). There’s actually a little “stopper” included, though I just tossed mine out (I know I would lose it within a few days anyway — that’s me, always losing things!).
It’s a lightly silver-shimmered body cream with the texture of a medium to heavy cream, definitely not thin like a lotion. This is a product I’d use mostly on my legs, arms, and shoulders for a soft glimmer. I found that it really is subtle, because there is not a super noticeable shimmer/sheen from this product. It moisturizes well enough for regular skin, but if you have super dry, scaly dragon legs like me, you might find it’s not enough as a regular, day-to-day moisturizer, and more of a little-black-dress accessory. The scent lingers while you wear it, but it isn’t overpowering. Just kind of a light, sweet lemony scent you notice every so often throughout the day.
Victoria’s Secret often has these on sale or special, so the best time to pick them up is then. I checked their website, but I didn’t see these available online any more, which means they probably sold out online–I don’t know if they’ll be restocking them, though. In-store may be another story, so if you’re a Beauty Rush fan, check there first. If you like the concept, but you don’t need Lemonita as the scent, the regularly available Body Glimmers are still online and are currently on sale for 3 for $25.

ohh i see thses, but i really wanrt to get the beauty rush scent called HONEY DO- i just just anything that smells like honeydew, cucumber or melon.
Haven’t smelled that one yet, but I’m sure it’s very similar in terms of texture/feel!
I’m loving this scent! I picked up the body splash & lip gloss yesterday.
Ooo Im gonna check this out!
Like yourself some body shimmer? 😀
Could give us a skin swatch? Pretty please? 😉
It’s really hard to capture the glitter on the skin, because it looks best when it’s reflecting light, you know?
i have the chiller mist, its awesome
Nice! What do you like most about it?
my cousin works at la senza so ima ask her to pick me up one or use hers since she seems to own the entire VS body line
Good call! Let me know if you like it!
They also have Coolada and Frostea. Have you smelled any of the others?
Nope, I haven’t. I really want to try Coolada next, though!
I want Victoria’s Secret in the Netherlands, lol!
Aww!
what are the ingredients?
The ingredients list is about a mile long (and tiny in font size!), so it’s a bit hard to type up. Is there a particular one you were looking for? You might try emailing Victoria’s Secret for the ingredient list, because I am sure they have it already in digital copy.
I love the Coolada smell–I am a coconut freak!! I will have to check out the lemon. I was hoping for an in-store coupon as well. But none that I have found at the moment. Probably because of the semi-sale
Me too, LOL! I haven’t tried Coolada yet, but I am sure I will love it!
I’ll probably get the Lemonita if I can find it. I also want the regular ones in Appletini, Coconut Craze and Juiced Berry. I only ever use fruity scented lotion/perfume. I think I might want some of the lipglosses too, and some clothes from that site…yikes.
I tend to opt for fruity/food scented lotions, too! Victoria’s Secret can be a very dangerous place for your wallet!
