theBalm needs to prepare themselves better for these sales. I spent the whole hour from 12-1 trying to purchase 5 Instains & every step of the way I got “502 Bad Gateway”. I wouldn’t be upset if I were able to complete my purchase. But, unfortunately, I wasn’t. So I am.
