We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Stila’s Kajal if i’m saying it right. I love how pigmented it is but my eyes water and burn after putting it on and even when i put eyeshadow on top of it, it streaks within a couple of hours.

I absolutely LOVE Almay twist-up liners. I’m addicted to the black-brown… I’ve gone through over 40 of them in the last few years (granted, I lose a few).

New York Colour (N.Y.C.). It just dries and cracks right off in pieces before the day is done. I’ve bought it twice (its a couple bucks!) but it’s so worth investing a little more in a good drugstore brand OR MAC fluidline <3 🙂

When the brand was still existing, I bought a liner from Stephane Marais. It was a very hard cream (quite dry) in a little pot you had to put on a hard foam applicator. You could supposedly use it wet or dry. I never could do anything with it. Never figured out. After several years, I trashed the product and kept the little box because it was lovely.

Bonne Bell pencils tend to be to dry since they’re on the shelves too long. I used to love them back in high school, but I can’t go there anymore after using other brands.

Any regular hard kohl liner. Those ones that tug and pull on your eye no matter what the brand. I think just about every brand carries these and they are usually the least expensive of any in their line. It actually hurts to apply them and usually with tiny color payoff. I am 34 now, but there was a day when I was 17 and that is all we had to choose from. So, we all carried a lighter to make them soft on the end. Light it for just a second, blow on it, then apply to the eye. Thank goodness for the many choices we have now:)

Oh my gosh YES! We are totally dating ourselves but I remember that! And hiding the lighter from my mom so she wouldnt think I was smoking! Oh those were the days!

Liquid Liners with a felt tip! its so stuff, and hard to use! script brushes move smoother, and i find must easier to get the right flicks and curves. Not hard to master.

Also, Avon’s glimmersticks are hard and takes a while to get the color even.

Exactly! Maybe I havent tried the right brands, but with the ones I tried, its impossible to get a clean line, and they feel globby and waxy on my eyelids. There are very little liquid eyeliners I like, applying it is just too hard. I prefer gel eyeliners with a slanted brush over anything 🙂

Sorry, forgat the add the WORST eyeliner: thats defenitly the eyeliners of Bourjois (espacially the club liners)…. you can just peal them of your eyes. Although the pencil ones are very good…
