Agreed! I have rosacea, so I do my face in this order:

1. MAC Prep + Prime Face Protect SPF 50
2. MAC Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15
3. MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation
2. MAC Mineral Blush in Gentle

I tend to get a lot of compliments on my wonderful complexion, so I have MAC to thank for that! 🙂

Omg I’m an idiot.. I was looking at a question asking for the best foundation for coverage in a different window for a different site.. *sigh*
But to add my REAL answer, it would be Cover FX’s Powder FX foundation 🙂

I really like the Neutrogena Mineral foundation, but the applicator sucks bad! I’ve shaken it all out and put it in a sifter jar.

With OUT a doubt Kanebo Total Finish!
I’m a makeup artist so I’m trying out everything out there, but this one I have been using for 12 years!! Every single girl friend of mine wear it and all our moms! We swear by it!!
Apply it with a dry sponge for high coverage or wet for a sheer foundation. This melts into your skin and makes your skin look flawless.
– And it’s refillable 😉

Oh, my gosh. I totally agree with you, Michelle. I got the TF powder foundation a while back and it is perfect – great coverage, natural, flawless finish, perfect match, etc. I also love the fact that it is refillable. However, I have a question for you. I need to buy a refil and I don’t know where to get one. The place where I got mine doesn’t carry it anymore and the SA mentioned that Kanebo has discontinued the TF I use and has come out with a new TF, whose refil costs $67. My response, “are you kidding me?” Do you know if she is correct? Where do you get your TF, Michelle?

Laura Mercier Mineral powder foundation. Screw BE and all the other mineral foundations! I am telling you, I’ve tried them all and LM is amaaaazing!

I really love Physician’s Formula mineral powder. I don’t wear foundation often, but I use it when I do. The only thing I don’t like is how small the sifter is. It’s hard to get my brush in there without knocking out foundation.

I really like Jane Iredale loose mineral powder. It helps perfect my imperfections by “fuzzing” them out. I feel like other powders just enhance them.

I Love Revlon New Complexion powder foundation, it looks so flawless and its cheap to buy…..I also love MAC studio-fix, but it breaks me out so bad..but the coverage it gave was gorgeous!

my other faves are
-Lise Watier Multi-Fini
-Clinique Superpowder double powder

Alima Pure Satin Matte Foundation (mineral foundation.) It has a totally airbrushed look, especially when applied with their #25 foundation brush.

Urban Decay is great. Their mineral foundation gives great coverage is easy to apply and doesn’t break me out. I am really hard to match since I’m mixed, I’m olive toned but really yellow, Trance works perfectly for me. Also this makeup isn’t cakey or shiny.

I guess everyone says MAC’s SF Powder is good. But I really like Za’s 2-way powder cake. It’s a drugstore brand and it works really well too.

I love the coverage of MAC’s Studio Fix, but I can’t stand how it washes out in photos. I’ve had very good success with Pur Minerals 4-in-1, and would definitely recommend it.

Revlon New Complexion One-Step is the one im currently liking because it is oil free, fragrance free, irritant free, non pore clogging and has spf15. It is perfect for my problematic skin.

I use BE Mineral Foundation with a dusting of Studio Fix over it & my skin ends up looking flawless. The combo hides all my imperfections. Because I dust the Studio Fix on with my 150 brush as opposed to pressing it on my face & into my pores with the sponge, it hasn’t ever broken my skin out.

On the drugstore side of things, I like Cover Girl’s Ultimate Finish Powder Foundation – great coverage, not cakey at all, oil-free & doesn’t clog pores.

Hi girls… For Powder Foundation I’ve been using the Studio Fix Powder plus Foundation color NW35 from Mac. I’m very tempted to buy the Dior Skin Forever Flawless Wear Make up, from DIOR (http://beauty.dior.com/usa/en/base.html#/en/woman/makeup/woman-makeup-face/woman-makeup-face-compact-foundation/diorskin-forever-compact-flawless-et-moi-35.html).

Wich colour should I look for that is equivalent to the NW35 I have from Mac? I as this question because I’m from brazil, on a city where they don’t have DIOR make up and I need to order from a friend that is traveling to USA.

I’d appreciate a lot your help! Thanks
