Hi, I was wondering if Lush’s Mask of Magnaminty has an expiry date. I have tried numerous samples and I am debating buying it. However because of my sensitive skin I cannot use it that often and I am afraid it would expire too quickly.

The best face mask I have ever used is the purifying mask from Shiseido. It pulls every impurity right out of my skin without leaving it dry. My face feels so soft and clean after using this.

The carbon mask from Paula’s Choice is also pretty good.

Hands down, the best face mask I have ever used is DDF Sulfur Therapeutic Mask. For those with oily and/or acne prone skin, this mask is a god send. I use it once a week and it sucks all the excess oil out of my skin, stops pimples in their tracks & drastically shrinks pre-existing pimples and decreases excess oil production. This mask is amazing & does NOT dry out your skin. It also serves as a great spot treatment for stubborn pimples.

I am with these two! This mask can’t be beat. I have tried others but always go back. Just recently a MUA at Sephora told me to use my Microdermabrasion Cream before this (I use Dr. Brandt’s, you could probably use any brand. She actually recommended DermaDoctor’s as well), the results are amazing. The AHAs and the micro beads really help prepare the skin for the mask.
Test an area first before trying it on your face. My skin just glows.

Thanks for the awesome review on this.. I have pretty crappy acne and I heard that sulfur treatments are some of the best. Think I’m gonna try this. 😀

Queen Helene (the Green mud mask). It’s Cheap and does what the expensive stuff does. It’s soothing, and gets all that yucky stuff out.

I like Dr Hauschka Firming and Moisturizing Masks. The Firming has rose wax in it, smells divine and is so gentle you can put it all over your eyelids and lips and everything. The Moisturizing one leaves skin soft, plumped up and glowing.

I love Korres Honey Thyme Mask. It smells great, is moisturizing but not greasy, and as soon as I wash it off my face is noticeably brighter 🙂

Bliss Triple-Oxygen Instant Energy Mask! It’s so light and tingly and foamy and it smells citrusy and it makes the skin feel so soft!!

Borghese’s Fango Mud Mask. Amazing. Gets rid of blackheads and pulls out all impurities and does not strip the skin. The sensitive formula is awesome as well! I have been using it for 12 years and it has never let me down!

Lush’s “Mask of Magnaminty”! I am totally addicted to this stuff. When I put it on my face, it feels like I just put a load of mint on my skin and had the air conditioner blowing on my face. It is so fresh. I disciplined myself to use it every other day, because I really wanted to use it every day! LOL

I really like the Body Shop’s Warming Mineral Mask. I put it on after I exfoliate with the Aloe Scrub. It’s great!! I also second the Queen Helene Mint Julep. Fabu!!!

Clay masks are great. They tighten pores, reduce redness from acne and they smooth out wrinkles and fine lines with constant use. Word of caution however, never leave on mask longer than indicated. Dr. haushka products are pricey though! There are cheaper and just as effective products out there.

i’ve been enjoying a yogurt/aspirin mask lately. i have also been using baking soda as an exfoliator.

store bought masks – my fave is LUSH A Crash Course in Skincare – hands down

The DDF sulfur mask is great, once in a while, because it’s strong. It’s great for acne and to suck things out of skin. But it’s best to exfoliate before putting it on. Only caveat is I wish it came in a tube, so it won’t dry out. This is my first vote for problem skin. Second on the Shiseido for more gentle cleansing. It’s great. Third is Kose’s Seikisho Mask White.

I love exprimenting and trying out different products in search of my best fit. After a year of trying different products, I’ve finally found my home, Borghese Fango Delicato Active Mud for Delicate Dry skin….OMG! My friends call it face lift in a jar. After 1 month of usage, my skin has very little acne, right now I only have 1 pimple on my jaw. My skin is so smooth and supple. I use it on my face, chest and back. Amazing product! Pricey but totally worth it.

i personally don’t like that mask. my favorite fce mask i a simple home made avacado, banana, oatmeal, an aleo vera mask. u mix the ingrediant in a blender until they are smooth and aply them to your face. let sit for 15 min, and ur face is super soft and acne free!
