Bobbi Brown. I hope that doesn’t mean I’m getting old! Her stuff always seems so sleek and polished, while still having just enough sparkle and color to be fun. I always go to the counter intending to buy ONE item, and walk away with 7 or 8.

MAC… i think for a student, it’s one of those more affordable high end brands that doesn’t rocket sky high. and because i’m mostly into e/s, pigments and blushes, i don’t have to care about the complaints many people have had about the foundations and whatnot 😀

I don’t buy make up just for the brand name, but certain brands ALWAYS have gorgeous products, like Dior, Guerlain, Chantecaille, Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown, etc. So I get sucked in because of the products, but it’s usually the same brands.

Urban Decay because of the bright colors
NARS because of the amazing quality
MAC because of the packaging
& sometimes Benefit because of the smart product names

benefit because i love their packaging, quality, color selection, and cute product names. i always find myself reaching for my benefit products the most.

For skin care, I look for technology. So department brands or medical brands. For colors, I look for package/reputation – MAC, Bobbi Brown, Givenchy, Guerlain are my choices. 🙂

MAC of course. I do really like Urban Decay now. I like Dior and Nars but I can’t afford it. No Way I’m paying 24 bucks for lipstick when I can get similar shades and quality for 14 bucks!

stila: The packaging is just so cute, and i can even get it at a discount on beautycrunch.com
Nars: amazing quality and suuuper pigmented.

Mac-variety, price is right
Chanel-Quality, innovativeness, lately they have fallen off that
Guerlain-their packaging in phenominal
Dior-the quality is amazing, does exactly what I want it to do

Probably Makeup Forever, which is unfortunate, because their eyeshadow doesn’t agree with me. I love their colors! I can use their eyelashes though. I also love Urban Decay’s colors.

Makeup Forever and Nars. I love Makeup Forever’s foundations.. the face & body foundie gives me a nice dewey look in the winter and their matte foundie help combat my oily-proned skin in the summer! And I also love Nars eyeshadows and blushers.. very pigmented and stunning.

BE and Urban Decay are my favorite so far. I haven’t had the chance to try a lot of MAC, although I want too. I’ve heard amazing things about it.

I would have to say:

MAC – just my all-time addiction; good quality for an affordable price

Dior – i looove their quint shadow palettes.. amazing quality and definitely worth the money

Urban Decay – great pigmentation on their shadows and lipsticks, and very good overall product quality

NARS – hate their lipsticks but love everything else!

Clinique – may be ignored by some people but they have great lipsticks (creamy, moisturizing, good staying power)

MAC, NARS & Chanel. Chanel comes in such beautiful packaging and it matches my sunglasses. MAC always has something beautiful out. NARS always has some oh so gorgeous eyeshadow or blush coming out. Gah, I need to go on a makeup ban!
