We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! I have a question and then I’ll make my “beauty” definition :). I am just starting out with my MAC collection. I am most interested in first purchasing eye colors. I look at your blog almost daily to find my “look” for the day. So since you’re the author and artist 🙂 what colors do you use the most in your “looks” and “tutorials” section? If I could purchase those colors first it would really help cause I spend most of my time trying to figure out which of my eyeshadows will correspond to yours. Top 10 or 15 would be awesome :).
My definition of Beauty is radiating confidence and positive energy that builds up yourself and others.
Hi Delaney,
Have you read my guide to MAC Cosmetics? http://www.temptalia.com/mac-cosmetics-guide-for-the-newly-addicted
I listed the shadows I think are good for those who are just starting out.
Ooops 🙂 *hehe* yeah I haven’t read that yet thanks Christine! 🙂

True beauty scares me because it reminds me of my mortality.
Feeling comfortable in your own skin. Confidence is the biggest part of beauty!
My definition of beauty is making the most out of what you have and embracing your own flaws. It is all about uniqueness and confidence.
Possessing inner beauty, which for me means purity and a kind soul, or outer beauty, which I think means balanced and pretty features and a good bone structure. Beauty in nature & art is the best though 🙂
In terms of human beings… beauty is being happy with who you are. This is a simple statement but one of the hardest things to accomplish in life. It’s awesome when someone can embrace and accept their flaws, inside and out. And confidence is beautiful. I do believe there is such a thing as outer beauty too–and what I find beautiful outside is unique beauty–but the more important type of beauty is certainly inside, and that is what counts most in life. Beauty in life should make you feel emotion, and someone beautiful on the inside will do that. 🙂
beauty to me, would be defined by every single woman on earth. 😀
I sound like a sexist. FINE, all men and women 😀
