it depends on a few factors:
1. my mood (whether i am feeling creative or lazy to conjure up anything more complicated than liner and mascara)
2. the occassion, if it is work-related, i just go for a neutral look, if it is anything else, i go crazy.
3. the amount of time i have to do my make up/get ready, needless to say the more time i have, i can go all the way with my make up, the whole works. i like to take my time!

I don’t match my make up to my outfit. that said, however, if i am using a bright colored eye look, i will wear something neutral.

I think my daymakeup are a bit more edgy than most people are doing it, I love dark heavy golds and sparkling shadows. And only go for nude ones when I am working.

It depends. Mostly I either match or compliment the colors in my outfit. But also it’s about mood. If I feel like doing a pink look, it won’t really matter what I’m wearing. Sometimes I even pick the clothes to match the makeup.

Often I try to match my clothes. BUT, a lot of times I get an eye makeup look in my head and then have to find an outfit that goes with it!!! LOL…

Needs to match my outfit completely! Or if there’s a look I saw online that I want to try, I will do it and THEN find an outfit to match accordingly.

I’m African American with a golden tan complexion so I wear color very well. I like bright colors with specks of gold or silver. I usually pair it with a neutral gold that blends into my skin tone and then add bright color on top of it. Then I line my bottom with one of the bright colors from the top.

Usually I do something that compliments, but not totally matches my outfit. Or if I have a look in mind I’ll pick an outfit that’ll go with it. Don’t like when someone is wearing the same color head to toe. I used to literally wear only one color (top, bottom, belt, socks, accessories, shoes, headband) when I was a little girl, that was my interpretation of “matching,” I was a sight, lol!!!!

I’ll pick whatever I feel like playing with that day, and hope it doesn’t clash with everything else I’m wearing! I switch things up a lot so all of my collection gets lots of love.

Whatever colour clothes i am wearing for the day definitely has to match the colour of my eye makeup. But if I am wearing black, I make sure that the eye makeup, the colour of my bag and shoes for the day matches else I will just have too many colours on me. The last thing I want is to avoid looking like a lighted Christmas tree !!!
