We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Well I don’t take pills or something but I do eat stuff like nuts , raw salmon (good for your beauty and oh SO yum) , blueberries , … for beauty benefits’ sake. It’s a good excuse for blowing a lot of money on good (delicious) fresh food.
I’d love to take some-especially Biotin for my nails-but I have a really sensitive stomach and throw up even just regular vitamins : (
Nope but I eat an orange a day, it’s something all the women in my family have done and we all have great skin so it must be doing something 😉 Or we’re just blessed with good skin and I eat a tasty orange every day lol, win win situation 😀
I take —
two hair tabs, skin and nail vitamins daily.
a multi twice daily also
flax seed oil tabs three times daily(a vegan version of omega 3 which is from salmon oils…im bummed to say that the flax is not as helpful for my skin as the omega fish oils was for me)
I HIGHLY recommend everyone take some type of Omega 3 (vegan or non-vegan) it really really helps the skin (both for fine lines and acne) AND its also super good for joints and “inside” stuff according to my Chiropractor.
What do you take for the hair/skin/nails?
I swear by Murad’s PURE SKIN CLARIFYING DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS. They are on the expensive side, but totally worth the price if you want 100% blemish free skin!!
I take Andrew Lessmans Hair, Skin and Nails. It works well for me. My nails and hair grow so fast now. I would recommend to anyone!
I take Udo’s 3-6-9 Oil Supplement, although not originally for beauty (for joint repair & inflammation). But my skin is alot more lusterous & supple when I take it.
hey!! just wondering, dont know if you can tell me or not, do you order your samples of pigments online? i would love to buy huge samples like yours!
I buy samples from the MAC Cosmetics’ livejournal community 🙂
oh man….that msg went to the wrong post!! lol it was meant to go on the overrich pigments post! haha im so lame.
I take Evening Primrose oil, Omega 3 and MSM twice a day along with a mutivitamin, they really do help keep my skin clear and hair strong. I’m all about the supplements!
omega 3-6-9 for acne
silica-which helps to soften new growth
and a multi-vitamin
i basically take omega 3, 6, and 9. since I am a weight loss consultant for Jenny Craig, I take our antioxidant and multi vitamin as well. But eating healthy and having an active lifestyle is the best way to go!
Humans can produce some vitamins from precursors they consume. Examples include vitamin A, produced from beta carotene, and niacin, from the amino acid tryptophan.
