Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Take better care of myself in general…I really got unhealthy this year (eating out a lot, not working out as much as I used to, being really stressed) and I’d like to undo all of that.

Last year my resolution was to find a skin regimen that kept my skin acne free, protected from the sun, and hydrated. I DID IT!! (Philosophy Purity Made simple and Eucerin face moisturizer with SPF 30!, Neutrogena spot treatment for occasional blemishes).

This year, my resolution is to keep up with bikini waxing. I had a horrible first experience, and last week I went again. It couldn’t have gone better! I want to go again in 4-6 weeks and keep it up (as long as I can afford it!)

This year I definitely want to

1. Learn more advanced techniques on makeup applications.
2 Make better choices on purchasing makeup brushes because in the past I always wanted to save money by buying cheaper brushes but they are not doing the job so I ended up buying more cheap brushes….wasted alot of money
3. Ensure that I do not try to buy cheap drug store brand skin care products such as Neutrogena….I recently became allergic to some of the ingredients in the products and ended up having a pizza face for two weeks.
4. Spend less on eyeshadows….I swear I have over 200 of them. I need to stop

I resolved to really start treating my nails better. To do weekly manicures and keep them polished and looking nice! So far so good…LOL!

My resolution is to go on a 2 year no buy (with the exception of mascara since it has to be tossed every 3 months). I am going to use what I have and buy nothing until 01-01-11. By then it will be time to toss my old shadows and blush. Basically, I will only use what’s in my current collection and acquire no new makeup.

Do a 3 month cycle of Nutrilash and grow my brows thicker and get some bigger lashes.
Find a spf 30 or higher for the body since I’m already really good about wearing spf on the face every day.
Grow out my bangs.
More massages, pedicures and facials.
Get another makeup case for freelance work, a couple of directors chairs, a small table and some good portable lighting.
Continue stocking my freelance kit.
Get some laser hair removal.
Cut down a little on the caffeine.

last year, i got committed to washing my face every single nite. no fail. i stuck to it bc i was engaged and the wedding was in November.

thankfully, its a fully engrained habit now. even when i’m mindlessly sleepy, i still brush my teeth AND wash off my makeup.

this year, my goal is to keep up my daily appearance. shave regularly, put on makeup daily, keep my nails looking nice.

now that i’m married, i dont want to “give up”, know what i mean?

I also want to tackle false eyelashes.
