Temptalia's Pink Eyes Challenge - Nepenthe, Bianca, Amanda, Jennifer, Ummilkhair, & Trisha Show Us Why Pink Rocks!

For July, the challenge was to wear PINK. Check out our first roundsecond round, and third round of challenger takers. Thanks to all for participating! What would you like to see for next month’s challenge?

See some lovely pink-themed looks!

Nepenthe shows you how subtle you can use pink!

Bianca makes pink come to life with this ultra subtle look.

Amanda gets bold with pinks and purples! She used MAC eye prep and prime, Rio de Rosa inner lid, Playful in the middle and outer lid, Fuchsia pigment in middle lid, Grape (Pro) inner crease and Nocturnelle outer crease and Shroom on the brow bone. Dollymix on the cheeks. Cult Fave lipglass.

Jennifer brings us this high level pink look! She used Beigeing Shadestick for base, Royal Flush pigment in outer lid, Da Bling in inner lid, Expensive Pink in crease, Pink Split (both sides swirled) as highlight, Woodwinked over Colorstay eyeliner in Cocoa to line upper and lower lash line (also a little in corner of inner eye), Avon Wash-Off Waterproof mascara in Black/Brown on the eyes. Mineralize Blush in Gentle on her cheeks. Metal X Cream Shadow in Pink Ingot and a very small amount of Viva Glam VI lipglass on top on her lips.

Ummilkhair turns out an awesome pink look with some bold lashes!

Trisha has this fun pink look to share!

Thank you! I used:

Milani runway eyes backstage basics (white) as highlight, Jacquard pigment (flamingo pink) inner lid
Jacquard pigment (super russet) outer lid/outer crease
” (duo red-blue) lower lid
Blacktrack fluidline on upper lid and waterline
Maybelline great lash mascara

Thank you!! I was having a good complexion month. I use MAC MSF Natural with Mineralize loose (I apply it with a 180), Studio Finish concealer. I also use Clinique’s pore minimizer which is a life saver, that’s what makes my pores stay out of sight. HTH!!

Wow, everyone looks great!!!!

And yes, Bianca, you do have great skin!

Christine–next month–how about everyone’s take on a cat-eye?? I have yet to figure out what looks best on me–maybe seeing it on everyone else will help! Just a suggestion!

Great job all! Beautiful picture Bianca! What camera do you have? It looks very professional. Love Trisha’s blending job as well.

For the next challenge I’d love to see either a LASHES challenge or SMOKEY EYES challenge. =)

Hi Ariana!! It’s a Sony R-1 and my husband is a pro photographer. But I’m starting to take my own pics, I have to take advantage of having free lessons, right? Also this pic was taken at home with no special lighting, just a spot light and my daughter helping by holding a white poster board in front of me in order to soften the light and avoiding harsh shadows. My husband would be so proud of me, after 13 years together I finally can explain part of his work, YAY!!

It might be because of the circles under the eyes that the green accentuates even more if not worn properly, no? I know that happens to me. If I mess up putting green on the circles under my eyes are even more apparent even with concealer.

I am lovin’ ALL the looks! You guys look FAB! Great look Jennifer esp. the woodwinked mixed in w/your liner! I second the greens! or even a “smokey eye” 🙂

Nepenthe, your lashes are beautiful! Amanda, I can never get those looks to show up as boldly on my skin… looks great… maked me wanna try that look again, maybe I can get it to show up better.

I second the green eye challenge.

Beautiful work ladies! you all look gorgeous.. from fresh and natural like Bianca and Jennifer to more dramatic looks like Trisha and Ummilkhair (very artistic). I must say my favorite one is Amanda… I love that she added the purple.. it looks GREAT!! LOVE IT!
Keep sharing with us ladies!

Thanks Monica! I must admit I had fun with this challenge, I haven’t done pink since the Barbie collection. I usually wear greens and purples (I love purple it goes with EVERYTHING!)
I’m all for peacock or greens next month!
