It might be difficult to store, but I’m still loving the pineapple-shaped eye palette and these shades look very usable for me. Not that I need another palette!! Curious to see the real swatches and reviews.
Too many similar-to-each-other colors. — I see at least four that they could have dropped entirely, and a few more that you wouldn’t miss once you started actually using the colors in looks. The packaging makes me smile, though.
Let’s see — a bazillion browns and warm neutrals plus two token not-brown shades. Yep, must be Tarte!
Really, would it kill them to do something different? Oh well, money saved.
I really wish that they would do some cool neutrals….really tired of everything being warm toned
The packaging is very cute, and it looks like a nice basic palette with a few pops of color. The color scheme is really close to the Be a Mermaid & Make Waves Palette, though.
Did I miss a memo, or something? Is this the “Year Of The Pineapple”? Because they are showing up EVERYWHERE! ?
Too bad this palette doesn’t have the kapow factor that the Too Faced one has going on. Tarte’s version is just “meh”.
I think this eyeshadow palette is better suited to me, but I will certainly be interested in seeing the real live swatches. I have a funny feeling Christine that you are going to be inaundated with loads of palettes soon.
Interested to see if the holiday tradition of “meh” grades on tarte palettes continues
I cannot understand the mirror what soever. How am I suppose to use it? hold the whole thing with one hand when I do my make up, or make it flat on the table and I try to reach it with a weird position, and the mirror on the bottom of my face, which cannot be functional at all.
I’m a warm-toned gal, and I don’t own a lot of palettes, so I’m excited about this one. I understand a lot of people aren’t in the same situation as me, but everything can’t be for everyone. I can’t wait to swatch this for myself!
Can I just say how refreshing it is to see actual swatches in these release photos?!?? I’m so tired of those OBVIOUSLY computerized rectangles that pretty much every brand has started using. The “dream palettes” that you have put together (for ColourPop, Urban Decay, MUFE, etc.) using photoshop look more realistic than most of them!!
Anyway, the actual palette looks like a lot of others I already have (shade-wise, I don’t have a ton of pineapple-shaped palettes ha) but it’s still beautiful!
