I want to know if it was applied on bare skin or foundation, and if it was reactive when applied on top of any base/bare skin. I like understanding how buildable/easily buildable the formula is because I don’t love super-pigmented blush/bronzer that has to be gingerly used.
I like knowing the pigmentation, whether the texture is firmer/softer (and if there was fallout), and what application method seemed to work the best.

It’s important to know what the scent transform to and wears mostly as rather than just reading a list of notes. I don’t really care about what the scent evokes for the wearer myself, and most fragrances last pretty well on me, so lack of longevity on someone else doesn’t usually make me more...
I personally don’t get a lot of value out of most skincare reviews… I think it’s because it is really hard to test real efficacy and it can really just depend on one’s skin/concerns. I’ll look for things like what the scent is like or if a lot of people didn’t like it.
