I totally agree with you on the Almay mascara. That’s what I use, too, and I think it’s one of the world’s best-kept secrets lol. Plus it’s cheap hehe!
If I want to glam it up more I put Dior Show over top of it. The cheapest place to buy Get Up and Grow in Canada is Walmart (just in case you didn’t know:-)
For high end mascara, Guerlain Le 2 is my favourite.
For lipstick, I like Guerlain or Chanel.
Blush-don’t have one.

Go-to lipstick? Everyday color is MAC’s Creme Cup. To balance dramatic eyes, I love MAC’s Naked Bliss Matenne Lipstick. My go-to pink (as adventurous as I get with lipcolor) is an old-school Maybelline lipstick in Petal.

Go-to blush? MAC’s Stunner satin blush for a light flush, NYX Creme Rouge in Glow for rosy glowing cheeks! I Have 5 Rock & Republic blushes coming my way thru a recent swap, and I’m hoping they edge out my current favs (and I don’t have to buy blush for a loooooong looooooooooong time!)

Go-to mascara? For about a year I’ve used Covergirl Last Blast Volume Topped with MAC’s Zoomlash. Length, volume and drama! Yay!

Go to the MAC cosmetics dot com website and find the “Ask An Artist” email form under customer service. Tell them you want a blush in a caramel shade and what are your options? You can also look at the blush colors online but asking some one who has seen them live won’t hurt. I know they have one but I have no idea what it’s called.

Caramel shade, caramel color, same meaning here.

They may not ship to where you are but there are foreign websites with colors for the areas they serve. But look at MAC USA so you’ll recognize a real site. There are a lot of imposter sites.

Go to lipstick? Is that even possible? I have 48 in a rack and every one of them can be go-to depending on whatever else is on my face. Lip gloss is what I’ll grab in a 911. Either Smashbox Peep Show, the deeper raspberry end or Wonder Woman from the MAC comic book legend’s collection. Since I’m into my back up on both they share the honors.

Go to blush? Nars Dainmari Pallete because this time of year you can’t rely on Orgasm constantly if you’re as pale as I am. Sin is getting a lot of use. In sunnier weather it would be an Orgasm/ Her Own Devices (Cruella DeVille) tie.

Mascara? MAC Opulash.
