Best lip balm: I like Carmex. Its such an old standard
Best lipstick: Really dont find many lipsticks too moisturizing but Loreals Infalliable color in Opulent Organza is pretty good. Since I dont wear lipsticks often I rarely indulge in a high end brand.
Best lipgloss: Again, dont wear many. Do the Korres lip butters count?

Most moisturizing lipgloss? Estee Lauder Tender Lipbalm in Tender Pink. It’s called a lipbalm but looks and feels like a gloss, but it has the moisturizing effect of a balm. Love it!

LOVE this question, as moisturizing, comfortable lipcolor was how I first became interested in makeup.

1. Alba Unpetroleum Lip Balm (available at Whole Foods)
2. MAC’s discontinued Slimshines. Now I use the new Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm in hibiscus and find it quite pigmented.
3. Korres Lip Butter Glaze (I use pomegranate)

fav lip balm: there are soooo many (i’m obsessed) but I’d have to say either Aquaphor, Smith’s Rosebud Salve, and the lipbalms from C.O. Bigelow. Oh and Burt’s Bees Mango Butter Lip Balm!
fav lipstick: I don’t wear a lot of lipstick, but when I do I go for Russian Red which is ridiculously matte (def not moisturizing)
fav lipgloss: Buxom Lipglosses from BareMinerals are the shiz. I’m not some BareMinerals freak either lol(except I will use the foundation occassionally when I’m lazy lol) I have Trixie, Gabby, Ruby, Betty and plan to get more, I love them so much

Most moisturizing lipstick? Don’t like ‘slick’ lipsticks so that crosses off most moisturizing lipsticks. Cle de Peau’s extra rich lipsticks are pretty moisturizing and comfortable with a nice texture.

lip balm: I did not have found it yet! I really liked the polysporin lip care, the one in the pot. I’m actually using kiehl’s lipbalm, but it is not the best. I might try next the Jack Black one!

Most moisturizing lipstick? The only lipstick I have found to date that I can stand wearing is MAC.

Most moisturizing lipstick? MAC lustre lipsticks

Most moisturizing lipgloss? MAC TLC. Well it’s a lip balm so it’s supposed to do that but I almost never wear it as a balm. If that doesn’t count, then MAC Cremesheen glass is my pick for this. 🙂

Most moisturizing lipstick? Hands down Laura Mercier’s Stickgloss. Only lipstick to leave my lips in better condition than when I first put them on.

I have really ridiculously dry, sensitive lips that simply cannot survive without balm. I’m allergic to chemical sunscreens, and I find all of the MAC lipsticks to be painfully drying, except for the older cremesheens and amplified cremes, which I can still only wear for about 3hrs at a time and touch up regularly. I’ve tried 50+ different lip balms and treatments over the last 4 years and I was allergic to about half, and most of the rest either didn’t do much or dried out my lips more. If you’ve heard of it, I’ve probably tried it, with the exception of the By Terry, the Chanel and the La Mer… and I think the only reason I haven’t sprung for any of those yet is because I’m afraid to be disappointed by them haha. The Soapalaya Soaps Green Tea lip butter is my absolute HG balm and I like layering the Sara Happ Lip Slip on top of it with a lip brush for nighttime. I actually don’t find the Lip Slip to be uncomfortably sticky when applied over something. I wear balm under all of my lipsticks, and I have pretty bad liplines, but my absolute favorites are the Laura Mercier Stickglosses, the Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimiteds (particularly the more opaque creams, which are much more forgiving to liplines than their sheerer colors) and the Chanel Rouge Allures. Hope that helps somebody. =)
