Since I’m testing the waters with vibrant eye color, I dabbled in drugstore purples (Wet ‘n Wild Vibrant Violet palette). For what it is, the look was fine. I can’t go too crazy as a teacher, though. So, it fit my need just fine. As i get more confident using the color, I’ll move up the chain of HE makeup.
That makes perfect sense 🙂 And I think it’s a great way to start!

My last look’s inspiration?: i went with a look that I was inspired to do after seeing Sephora’s “High Voltage” spring theme.
How often do I wear makeup?: 6 days a week with a full face due to work and 1 day toned down for hanging around casually.
Where do i keep my stash?: In a train case & then in multiple little make-up bags under the bathroom sink. i could probably use 2 train cases at this point for everything.
Hmm, now I must go look at this “High Voltage” theme you speak of!

I was just scrolling down here and i was noticed what you did with love rock, and funny thing! Im wearing it as an eyeshadow right now! I agree with you it looks so cute & It works Great! I guess im going to have to try it mixed with a gold e/s now!

My last makeup look inspiration was… SPRING! I did soft greens and purples.
During the week, I wear makeup every day. It’s part of my morning ritual. I do give my skin a break on Sundays though, which is also my brush cleaning day.
I keep my stash in one tiny bathroom drawer in the vanity – with room to spare! All my brushes and liners/mascara are on top of the vanity though. But everything else fits in my little drawer and I plan to keep it that way. =)

What look did you do with Sugarsweet?
I did a base of Cakeshop with Paradisco on the inner half of the lid, Stars and Rockets on the outer half, and Nocturnelle in the crease. Lemon Chiffon as a highlight under the brow and a bit of Shroom to help blend it all together. Finished it off with Lollipop Loving on the lips and a bit of Refined MSF on the cheeks. I think I’m falling in love with mineralize items!

My inspiration was spring cuz i just love the nice weather
i wear full face makeup on the weekends and i the week full face but a more toned down eyeshadow nothing to dramatic (unless im staying home)
I keep my stash in rubbermaid drawrs i have stacked 3 units each with 6 drawrs on top of each other

last look’s insipiration…jungley look to wear with leopard/forest green outfit. my eye was femme-fi highlighter, NARS blade runner in outer crease, UD shag on inner crease, UD honey as a pop of color in center of lid. gleeful on cheeks and popster tlc (lightly) on lips.
makeup during the week…minimal unless i go out at night.
i keep my stash in plastic organizers on my vanity in my room.
btw christine…i went to the MAC store today and bought according to your recos (as usual). i skipped on perfect topping and got moon river, and lollipop loving through b2m. i also picked up pink fish since they still had a few HK items! xoxoxoxo

Crap, it’s like 2.16 AM here, i’m really tired but i don’t wanna sleep
1) I just bought Pearl CCB and it’s been blowing my mind how vibrant shadows look layered over it. I cant believe I waited so long to purchase it. Today I wore Electric EEl over Pearl CCB on my lid. Texture in the crease, and for the highlight I put Femme-Fi over Pearl CCB on my brow bone. 2) I love makeup! I like being creative and trying different things out so I wont go a day without it! 3) I keep my stash for now in separate plastic pencil boxes. Really not a great way to store your stash.
Do you find Pearl CCB lasts, though? It tends to crease on me!
