Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Your skin tone/coloring: above with freckles, green eyes, warm brown hair.

Most used lip product this month? Either the Lanolips Tinted Balm in Rosy Nude or L’oreal Gloss in Balm in Feathery Fleurs.

Go-to cheek products this month? Always my Glossier Gloss Bomb in Beam, BareMinerals Blonzer in Kiss of Pink, but i’ve also used the Oden’s Eye Solmane II blushes quite a bit (i don’t like the overspray on the glowy ones though!)

Favorite eye palette this month? The Blend Bunny Blends has been doing it right for me this month and I also found myself reaching for my ND Triochrome palette… but I always reach for it. It’s my favorite palette in my collection!

Most used lip product this month? ColourPop Oh Snap lip pencil
Go-to cheek products this month? Wet n Wild Sunset Striptease bronzer, MAC Blushbaby
Favorite eye palette this month? Fenty Wine palette

I just realized that most used, go-to, and favorite all mean different things! My most used palette was ColourPop Going Coconuts more really to see if I can get it to work decently for me lol certainly not my favorite!!

Your skin tone/coloring: pale, cool
Most used lip product this month? hahaha – like there’s any question! MAC Craving (though I did stray today and wear Givenchy Fuchsia in the Know; it doesn’t wear nearly as well)
Go-to cheek products this month? for the last 2 days, it’s been MAC’s Rosy Does It Glowplay but that’s just the last 2 days; before that, it was Becca Camellia
Favorite eye palette this month? probably Charlotte Tilbury’s The Rock Chick. The cool, silvery-grey-ness of it just seems to work in the warmer days we’ve been having here.

Your skin tone/coloring: Under my name (blue-green eyes, dark hair)

Most used lip product this month? Probably MAC Cosmo and UD Uptight lipsticks, Nyx Ever and Earthtone SLP’s, and ColourPop Imperial Lux Gloss.

Go-to cheek products this month? Been using Nars Savage, Devotion and Breathless all from the Afterglow palette, plus PML Desert Orchid and Golden Nectar from the Galactic Sun Trio that a dear friend gifted me!

Favorite eye palette this month: Since I move around and even use two palettes in tandem, I’ve been loving the looks I’ve been getting using UD Foxy Mini with certain shades from Sydney Grace x Mel Thompson Tiny Marvels together. Very grungy green looks! Also, I’ve been hitting both SG x Temptalia On The Horizon and Menagerie Cosmetics Flight Club palettes on the regular, too! So; swampy, murky yet ultra shimmery greens/golden shades, blue-green, or purple looks have all dominated this past month.

Your skin tone/coloring: Above, grey-green eyes, dark brown hair.
Most used lip product this month? My lip balm from Weleda. I have used different lipsticks, I don’t think I’ve used any of them more than 2 days.
Go-to cheek products this month? Clinique Ginger Pop and Haus Labs Head Rush duo, the blush side I have used tiny amounts of the highlighter side on the inner corner of my eyes.
Favorite eye palette this month? Naked 3. I like it a lot and find it hard to understand how UD went from the 3 or 4 first Naked palettes and all the other stellar products to where they are now. I’m happy the lipsticks are still good, but annoyed that they now have so few shades compared to what they used to have.

Your skin tone/coloring: summer tan, I’m really liking the Paula’s Choice Glow Moisturizer spf 30, layered under TiZo AM Replenish spf 40. No pilling if I don’t rub too much. We had horrible, drying winds all spring until last week when monsoons kicked in. Work a lot outside and had a difficult time keeping my skin hydrated and protected, the extra spf in a moisturizing formula really helped with no breakouts.

Most used lip product this month? Burt’s Bees ultra-conditioning balm. Spf balm layered over that, reapplied often, sometimes Becca plumping lip gloss in Jessica. Boring, but at least my lips aren’t chalky white and haven’t sunburned.

Go-to cheek products this month? Coverfx Sunkissed Bronze (left side bronzer, HG, great color and formula), Fenty cream cheeks out in 10 Rose Latte, Tower Beach Please in Golden Hour, MUG highlighters in Ablaze, Sunlight, Ignite. It’s all about the cheeks and a wash of color on the eyes. Peachy golden-bronze, coral and orange are so pretty on tan skin. I don’t combine all those products at once, but I do layer a couple. Nancy – I’ve been watching a lot of Alicia Archer lol 🙂

Favorite eye palette this month? Copacetic Road Trip and three shades from Terra Moons (Galactic Blossom, Coalescence, Neutron Star). Pop a bit of color in the middle of the eye lid with waterproof pencil eyeliner and I’m good to go.

Using eye primer mixed with eye base and/or concealer works really well for migrating sparkles and wrinkles if one uses a tiny amount. I know layering different products can be disastrous but does anyone else do this with good results? I feel like a mad scientist sometimes haha 🙂
