Cream – None yet. Do paint pots count? If so, then MAC.

Pressed – I’d love to say NARS/MUFE/Shu Uemura (because when I swatch them in the store, they’re awesome!) but so far I’ve only ever used MAC and I love what I’ve got (that’s not a lot though). So… MAC. There’s also a great brand sold here called 4u2 (I don’t know if it’s an Asian brand or American) Their shadows feel like creams but they are really powder.

Loose – MAC pigments.

Favourite brand of pressed eyeshadow: would have to be MAC simply by virtue of their vast colour and finish selections, but UD, TheBalm (very limited colours, though) and Too Faced are others I find excellent.

Favourite brand of loose eyeshadow: A toss up between MAC pigments and Bare Essentuals (I love Bare Skin!)

Mac paint pots, if those count. I like Benefit’s Creaseless Creams, but they irritate my eyes a little. All other cream shadows seem to irritate my eyes a LOT.

Pressed Powder Shadow: MAC or Urban Decay (I want to try NARS soon though….)
Loose Eyeshadow: I’ve only tried BE’s loose shadows as I got them in a gift. I definitely need to get my hands on Melon pigment though…it sounds amazing!

Fav Pressed eyeshadow – Makeup FOrever. If i had lots of urban decay shadows i would vote for this brand. The shadows have a nice texture you don’t have to dig into the shadow with your brush to get enough color

– Really depends on the particular shadow color & texture: MAC, Shu Uemura, Kevyn Aucoin, UD, LORAC, Ben Nye. Never tried Chanel or Dior, but I’m sure I’d include those also. 😉
– Pureluxe Cosmetics, MAC & Mehron. There’s a ton of others mentioned that I’ve never had the opportunity to try, but I have more than enough for 1 lifetime w/ just these. :o!

Pressed and loose: Sugarpill! I just wish Shrinkle would expand on the pressed shadows line. So genious, regardless.

Favorite brand of pressed eyeshadow? MAC, and I love Sugarpill too, but I’m not a typically “bright” kind of girl, so I only wear it when I’m in the mood for that. Great pigmentation though.

Favorite brand of loose eyeshadow? Fyrinnae. The colors are amazing and act like duochrome shadows. I’ve never tried MAC’s loose pigments because I find them too expensive. May try it one day though.

Pressed eyeshadow: most of MAC and UD (apart from the glittery ones)
Loose eyeshadow: I don’t really use them. I have one Laura Mercier one, and it is amazing.

Cream shadow: I don’t really wear much cream shadow but I love Urban Decay’s cream shadows
Pressed shadow: Either Urban Decay or Sugarpill, Urban Decay because they have so many more colors, but Sugarpill’s generic colors are fantastic and easy to blend
Loose shadow: Definitely Sugarpill, their colors are so beautiful and don’t crease as much as other loose shadows do on me
