I’m fair and cool toned, I use C3 in the Loreal True Match brand.
First lip product – Buxom Provacateur from the Buxom mini lipstick set. Perfect NYE color!
First eye product – Urban decay Naked palette, Fyrinnae Rapunzel Had Extensions shadow, and Tarte Amazonian eyeliner in black.
First face product – Loreal True Maych foundation, concealer and powder with Bare Minerals The Love Affair luminzer.
Since I stayed in all I used was jack black lip balm, ole Henrickson eye gel, and origins balancing cleanser.
Skintone/coloring?: NC40/42. Tanned with yellow tones.

Throughout the past decade or so, I have attempted to and succeeded with the prevention of tanning my skin; three years have passed without myself receiving a bronze glow of any sort, I believe, hahaha. Essentially, my skin tone is that of a slightly grayed/neutral/palest ivory, and thus I will typically apply Mehron’s ‘Celebré Pro HD Foundation’ in the shade ‘Eurasia Ivory.’ ^_^ (I hope to place an order of ‘Dainty Doll’s’ lightest shade of foundation, that is, if the products are not discontinued…?)

I have applied merely a lip gloss throughout the majority of December and the current month, or rather day of January – Giorgio Armani’s ‘Flash Lacquer’ in the shade ‘701.’

NYX Plump It Up gloss for big juicy lips at the New Year’s Eve party.
I wore the new Stila foil finish eyeshadows (in kitten) for some NYE sparkle, and the look lasted almost 24 hrs!!! Put it on in the early morning, wore it to work all day, out to NYE party, crashed at a friend’s house with no chance to remove my makeup (I had a makeup wipe to take off my foundation, but no eye makeup remover, so I just left it alone), woke up–and it still looked good!–so I wore it out to brunch. Also, Tarte’s Lights, Camera, Splashes ran the marathon with me without smudging, though I did reapply after work.
Revlon Colorstay Foundation has been doing me proud, so I wore that out this morning.

Lips: this is weird but it’s a really old Maybelline *some kind of* plum (d/c’d) (almost exact same as Rimmel Soho Violet)
Eyes: Maybelline gel liner, a very dark brown from Nude Tude palette (forgot name) and a warm olive green Catrice single. Max Factor False lash effect mascara.
Face: Actually went w/o fdn. Just used some concealer. Lancome Effacernes and a Catrice light reflective on my nose (too dry for under eyes).I think I finished off with Coastal Scents silica powder on T-Zone.

1st eye product: Make Up For Ever Metallic Light Beige Eye Shadow (very nice and neutral)
1st face product: Moisturizer Clinique Even Better Skin Tone Correcting Moisturizer (I don’t like it as I breakout but I vow to finish it). Then onto Diorskin BB Creme.

Well, technically, I put them on right before midnight but kept them on till later.
I have dark brown hair and eyes and fair skin with yellow-green undertones. LONG COMMENT ALERT 😀
I put on a barbie pink gloss from a turkish brand-I bought from a subway store over here in Romania(lol), Rapsodi Turbo gloss(idk if you ever heard of Turbo bubblegum, I heard it was very popular 20 years ago-it has that flavor…i like the smell but it’s a bit minty and i don’t like that as my lips are always chapped but it has such a nice texture and is very pigmented, like a liquid lipstick, i’m torn :(. it looks on me like mac nicki1 lipstick+lipglass looked on you only a bit less bright and less coral), a Farmasi compact satiny powder eyeshadow(lol, turkish again…I hate that all western drugstore stuff is overpriced here and they don’t carry everything so the only bargains we find are the turkish and chinese stuff….well, at least Farmasi and Flormar are tested and fully safe) in an emerald green to turquoise color with some gold micro-shimmer, it looks like the shade Chanel is wearing

a bit of Ga-de(jewish stuff, kinda expensive but the eyeliner is 7$ so it’s ok) black eyeliner(it’s the most intense pencil i found at the drugstore and seemed to last ok for a few months-lol 45 mins till i need to reapply, but now it’s way worse), Flormar black mascara(It lenghtens the lashes but it’s sooo sticky and never completely dries and flakes…shouldn’t have bought it but a classmate loved it so i thought it’s gonna be good)…………….
and after 2 am, I put on a crazy pale lavender pink with beige in it liquid lipstick(I try to avoid chinese stuff in general but I found 2 very unique colors at the subway…I gotta give it to those that created these shades…they’re pale enought to be pale on me! I think it’s lame that no drugstore brand i can find at the big shops, not even the fancy brands, have pale PIGMENTED lip products :/ and the only poor exception is something that’s way too frosty or actually whiteish like some barry m lipsticks….except mac but i’ll only buy from our overpriced mac stuff if i get desperate. The other subway liquid lipstick is a nude with a lavender undertone(crazy, right? I’ve never saw anything like that, not even at mac). In certain lights it can look beige, pink but not quite and in others the lavender sticks out.
Unrelated question below:
The thing is that I have pale yellow-green skin sooo most would say I shouldn’t wear this kind of shades.
I have to ask, though, since we are adviced to wear say, blue(cool) eyeshadow to enhance our brown(warm-neutral) eyes, then why are we told to wear copper and light brown(warm)with warm yellow toned skin? It looks good but isn’t it bland sometimes?(if it isn’t then not so many would complain about their nude lipstick looking like concealer).
So should I wear lime green lipstick then? hmm, not that I wouldn’t give it a try at home but still….seems like I’m doomed.
what’s wrong with enhancing yellow or green undertones? Why is that kind of skintone named sallow and sick and pink skin is seen as healthy and faked with blush only to have those with actual pink skin told that they should cover it(I mean just pinkish, not full-blown rosacea, tho that’s a serious problem and should be treated but is ignored by many whereas someone with a bit of yellowness is looked at as some kind of jaundinced zombie-god forbid he/she’s also very fair)? It just seems that only neutral-orange skin is favored, whether it is pale-peach or dark(umm, beyonce, rihanna?), also fake tans. Very light skin is only ok when it comes with blonde hair and blue eyes, it seems, sadly.
Also, ain’t it funny that orange undertones are actually way warmer than yellow and yellow-green but are seen as perfect but “sallow” needs to be neutralized? :/ just saying
