Last Empty (Makeup): I just finished my second-to-last backup of NARS Adelaide Illuminator. So bummed to be down to the nitty-gritty! It’s just such a lovely, pigmented pink-lavender. While I have loads of pink and lavender highlights, finding one in a fluid formula with this much color to it is exceedingly rare.
Last Empty (Skincare): I tend to finish skincare products in cycles since they’re used so consistently. Recently I emptied a bottle of my beloved Algenist Firming and Lifting Serum (great gentle retinol that complements other products very well and moisturizes much better than anything retinol has a right to), Algenist Vitamin C serum (another great one for mixing, though in this case with other Vit C products), a bottle of Cerave lotion and cleanser each, Paula’s Choice 2% BHA liquid, and a tube of NUDE skincare’s cleansing balm/jelly. All of these already have their backups in place.
Last Empty (Body): Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Body Lotion (I keep a backup around but sometimes just use Cerave’s excellent SA lotion instead or mix it to extend the length of the PC BHA) and for makeup probably a Sally Hensen Airbrush Legs spray in Light Glow. But again, almost always have a backup on-hand.

I’m with you Melissa 😀 One of those scents that made sense to me: I am a foodie and like exotic spicy foods and I couldn’t fathom living without my pepper grinder. So I guess no surprise I gravitate more towards gourmet scents than say florals. I see your post below and the LM body cream in almond vanilla sounds perfectly yummy.

I have fair skin with slight pink undertones. Hazel green eyes and auburn hair. Dry skin, very sensitive, with early signs of aging. Last makeup product I finished was Nars Sheer Glow foundation in Mt. Blanc, and MAC lipstick in Touch. I didn’t love the foundation that much when I first got it, because it was neither sheer or glowing. But I came to appreciate its perfect match to my skin color, and its remarkable coverage. I use it more for special occasions than for everyday, so I was very surprised to find I was scraping the remains with a q tip! I am a bit of a foundation hoarder, so I have quite a few others to finish before I should purchase anymore foundation, but that may not stop me! It will also make me want to try their tinted moisturizer in the analogous color, Terra Neuve. I tried it in Mt.Blanc in the Radiant cream version and was not as impressed with the color match, or the consistency. As far as lipsticks go, I have very pink lips but look better in warm colors that match my hair. So I usually have to go pretty brown to get that pinky brown natural color. Touch may look fairly dark at first glance, but it is fairly sheer, and very moisturizing, and looks very natural on me. A classic pinky brown! If I want to lighten it up, I Dan some MAC Pussywillow gloss from the Sharon Osbourne collection in the center of my lips. That whole collection was great for me, and I certainly should have purchased a back up of the gloss. It should be pretty dupable, of anyone has any suggestions!
