Best liner for waterline? ~ still uncertain but my MUEF Aqua Eyes have been good.
Worst liner for waterline? Drug store brands, anything that is a kohl with a smaller wax base.
Best liner for brightening eyes: GOSH Velvet touch liner in Banana’s, NYX and MUEF Aqua Eyes in white, MACS Chromagraphic Pencil in NC15/NW20 and NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk.
1-Clinique or Studio Gears = potted gel liner. That stuff stays on both my upper and lower waterline ALL DAY! I’ve used it on brides too and it stays even if they tear up. LOV IT!
2-Smashbox / Urban Decay = two of the worst. they come right off and smear all over the place ugh! haha
3- Any white pencil, haven’t really found a fav yet 🙂

Worst liner for waterline? any waterproof pencil, since they just slide off when you blink

Best liner for waterline? L’Oreal HiP gel liner, MAC Fluidline and Prestige Total Intensity. I also still like the Kajal kohls from India despite the lead warnings I know I know… so I don’t wear often but love how they look.
Worst liner for waterline? Other than any regular non-wp type of liner which don’t work, UD 24/7’s were a smudgy mess despite their claimed longevity.
Best liner for brightening eyes? I don’t use one on a regular basis, but Cargo Reverse Liner or Sephora Flashy Pink when I do.

Worst liner for waterline? No idea. Haven’t tried many brands of eyeliner other than UD since I was like 13, can’t remember what crap I used before that.
Best liner for brightening eyes? Make up Forever aqua eyes liner in champagne. Can’t wait for UD’s Midnight Cowboy pencil!
Best eyeliner for waterline: pencil – L’Oreal liquid eyeliner pencil; gel – MAC fluidlines

Best liner for waterline – Urban Decay 24/7. Mind you, I still haven’t tried MUFE’s Aqua Eyes liner or MACs Chromagraphic pencils, but UD seems to stay on really well for me. I can’t wait for that 15th anniversary set to come out, I need Perversion!
Worst liner for waterline – any kind of eye kohl. Kohls are nice and dark and easy to blend, but they migrate from the waterline like crazy for me.
Best liner for brightening eyes – Huh. Not sure, because every video/tutorial I’ve seen where people are talking about brightening eyes, they’re using some kind of frosty pink or frosty peach or white eyeliner to do it, and NONE of those seem to match my NC45 skin tone. Whenever I try to do it, it just looks way obvious. 🙁

best brightener? oh how I adored MAC Light as Air, the perfect baby blue, but it is D/C! Now I just use Sephora Flashy in White, if need to.

Eye brighting: I use Sephora Bands Nano white eyeliner. I like it because i didnt waste to much money on a product I dont use all the time

I should add that the Shu Uemura drawing pencil is a navy blue, not a champagne or some other light, shimmery color. Blue eyeliners just make my eyes look brighter/more awake. This one is my favorite.
Best liner for water line: Smoulder and Revelonblack pencil. Worst liner for water line is Lisa Watier. Best liner for brightening eyes is Max Factor and MAC Pale yellow
